Compared with the bus fare each week, the saving on this scooter paid off within a few months. I found the controls easy to learn and the ride is steady enough for my short trips. Placing the order was simple and I was pleased with how I was looked after throughout.
Read moreWe needed something to get our teenage son to the station without him cycling in the rain every morning, so I spent a fair while comparing electric scooters. The one I went with arrived on time but the battery indicator was off from day one and the range is nowhere near what the listing promised. Customer service took four days to reply and then just pointed me at the manual.
Read moreThis was my first time ordering from them and I was a bit nervous about paying for something this size online. The checkout was simple and they sent a confirmation straight away with a tracking link. Scooter arrived in a good state and the instructions were clear enough to get it folded and charged without needing to look anything up.
Read moreBought this to replace a dead scooter and it gets me to work and back without issue. The top speed is fine but the handlebars have a bit of play in them, which annoys me on bumpy roads. Took a while for the order to ship and I had to chase it once, so it was a bit of a faff getting it sorted.
Bought the e scooter with the extra battery pack, which is the main reason I picked this site over others. It works fine for my school run and the battery holds up. Delivery was slower than I'd have liked, though, and the extra accessories added more than I expected to the basket, so it's not the bargain I'd hoped for.
