Insulation4less

What I like most is that the order page remembers my delivery address and last size, so I just tick and go. I've bought from them for years now, mostly loft roll and the odd board. Turned up when they said it would and everything was where it should be.

I bought the rigid boards for the extension floor. They're the ones with the thick edges that sit tight together, which made the job a lot neater than I thought it'd be. Ordering was straightforward, I put in the square metres and it worked out the boards and the price right there. Turned up well packed.

Verdict is that it does the job for the money. I used the roll to fill a gap under the bathroom floor and it was easy to fit around the pipes. The price was lower than I'd paid last time for a similar amount. Ordering was quick and it came well packed.

Verdict is it's solid for an external wall job. Had the boards cut to size and they were straight and accurate, which saved me a lot of messing about on site. The price per sheet was fair against what I'd seen elsewhere and the order came through with everything on it. Would use them again without a second thought.

Needed it for the garage conversion, the place was freezing and I was sick of it. Bought the foil insulation and got it sorted on a Tuesday. Checkout was a bit slow on my phone but it got there in the end.

I bought the 50mm rigid boards for under the floorboards in the spare room. The price was a good bit lower than the builders merchant quoted me, and for a small room that made a real difference. Ordering was simple, I just put the square metres in and checked out. They came well wrapped and I've no complaints.

Verdict is that the cavity wall batts are good stuff for the money. I'm a plasterer by trade so I've handled plenty of insulation over the years and these cut cleanly, sit well in the cavity and don't slump. The packing was tidy, the pallet arrived on the day they said and the rest of my order was complete. Nothing to complain about, I'll be ordering from them again for the next job.

Ordered the rigid boards for the shed and the bundle was fine, but a couple of boards at the edge had a slight bend in them, which made them awkward to fit tight. Sent a message through the site and they replied the next day, and I think they're sorting something. It's not a disaster but it did slow the job down.

Compared to the cheap stuff I got from the shed place, this one is way less itchy and cuts easier. Ordered it on a whim one evening and it turned up the next week. Easy site to use, nothing weird.

Honestly the best bit is they just let you order without making an account first. Grabbed some rigid boards for my bedroom floor because the heating in there is rubbish and my flatmate kept moaning. Got the email with the tracking straight after, the boards came the day they said, and I've already sent the link to my mum. Easy and cheap, what more do you want.

I bought the mineral wool roll for the loft, the one I'd priced against two other suppliers. It came out cheaper than the local place by a fair margin and the coverage was what the label said. The order took a few minutes and the parcel arrived in good nick. Really pleased with the value on this one.

Needed it because the back bedroom was getting cold enough that the radiator wasn't keeping up. Ordered the wall insulation after years of using them for smaller bits, and it went fine. One small niggle was that the delivery slot was a bit broad, I had to wait in most of the day for it, but the stuff was good.

Compared to the cheap rolls I used before, the mineral wool they sent me is far easier to lay between the joists and doesn't leave that itchy dust everywhere. Cut it with a sharp knife and it held its shape, which is all I wanted from it honestly.

Needed it because my landlord wouldn't sort the draughty bedroom out. Got the roll sorted quick and it's made a difference already, the room's warmer. Delivery took a couple of days longer than the site said but it turned up.

Compared to the first place I looked at, which wanted a lot of details before showing any prices, this was much quicker to work out what I needed. Ordered the loft roll and it came, although the email said it would take two days and it was closer to four. Still happy with the stuff itself.

I was rather struck by how clearly the site laid out the quantities needed for the cavity wall, which made the whole thing much simpler for me. I did telephone them with one question and was dealt with very politely and without any fuss. The batts arrived in good order and I'm glad I didn't go with the local merchant, who wanted a good deal more for less.

Compared to the builders merchant down the road, buying this online was far less bother, no queuing and no needing to load the car. The mineral wool roll was about what I expected and cut neatly for the loft hatch. Delivery was fine and the box was in good condition.

Needed it cos my bedroom is freezing and my mum kept on about it. Got the roll on a whim and honestly it's made a real difference. Quick order and quick delivery, I'm happy.
