Looked at three other sites before settling on this one, mainly because the price per cartridge was lower than the two big names. The ink itself matches the colour on my photos, which is what I cared about. Shipping was free over a certain amount and it came in a day and a half, so nothing to complain about.

Read moreWe print a fair bit of client work from our studio, so when our main printer ran low on yellow I needed a reliable supplier fast. The cartridges they sent were the right specification and the colour holds up on proofs. Needed a replacement for a high yield cartridge because the printer kept warning me the level was low even after a refill. The one I bought was the right size and printed well. The only small niggle was that the delivery notice arrived a day after the parcel, so I didn't know when to be in.
Bought a black cartridge for the office printer, which uses a fairly common model. It printed well and the print density was consistent across a long document. The checkout asked me to create an account which was a bit of a faff, and the item came a day later than the tracking suggested.
Been ordering from them for years and the ink has always done the job. The only thing that let it down this time was the price, which had crept up a bit compared with a few months back. Still cheaper than the high street, so I'll keep going back.
Compared with the chemist shop down the road, the price was a little better online and I liked the clear pictures of each cartridge. Delivery was slower than I would have liked, about four working days, though it did arrive undamaged. Would still use them again.
Ordered a set of three colour cartridges for my old inkjet, which I was told would still be supported. They fit and print properly, and the quality is perfectly decent for letters and the odd photo. I did find the order confirmation rather fussy with too much information, though I suppose it is useful. Delivery was quick and the packaging was secure.

Ink Factory is an online retailer of printer ink and toner cartridges, supplying cartridges for a wide selection of inkjet and laser printers. The website lets customers search by printer model to find compatible cartridges, and it also stocks original manufacturer cartridges alongside its own compatible alternatives. Customers are mainly home users and small offices looking to reduce the cost of replacing printer consumables.
The company sells its products directly through its website and ships orders to addresses across the United Kingdom. Ink Factory is known for its focus on printer consumables rather than printers themselves, and its product pages set out which models each cartridge fits.
