Our steamer basket cracked and we had people coming for dinner that Friday, so I needed something quick. Ordered on Wednesday afternoon and it turned up Thursday, which saved the evening. The basket fits our pan properly and the price was fair. Really glad I didn't have to go out hunting for one.
Read moreMy old kettle gave up without warning so I went looking for a replacement online. The order went through without difficulty, but the kettle arrived with a scuffed base and I had to write in to ask for a swap. It took a few days to hear back, which was a bit slow. The replacement works well now and is good value, though I'd have liked the first one to be right.
Read moreI needed a replacement for the baking tin my son borrowed and never returned, so I went looking online. The ordering process was straightforward and I found what I was after without any bother. The tin arrived in good order and seems sturdy enough for the cakes I make each week. Delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped, but it was perfectly acceptable and I'd happily order from them again.

Good quality for what it costs, these are sturdy enough for daily use. The site was easy to find my way around and the order went through without any fuss. The only small thing was the box arrived a bit dented at one corner, though the contents were fine. Would order again.
Ordered a kettle on my phone during a break and the checkout was quick. The kettle itself is decent for the money, though the colour was a bit more muted than the pics. Arrived quickly and well packed, would order again.
Compared with the big name brands I'd been looking at, these were a fair bit cheaper and the build feels nearly the same. The order was easy to place and the item came quickly. The only thing I'd flag is that the handle is a touch less comfortable than the pricier version. Still a good buy.
