Our steamer basket cracked and we had people coming for dinner that Friday, so I needed something quick. Ordered on Wednesday afternoon and it turned up Thursday, which saved the evening. The basket fits our pan properly and the price was fair. Really glad I didn't have to go out hunting for one.
Read moreMy old kettle gave up without warning so I went looking for a replacement online. The order went through without difficulty, but the kettle arrived with a scuffed base and I had to write in to ask for a swap. It took a few days to hear back, which was a bit slow. The replacement works well now and is good value, though I'd have liked the first one to be right.
Read moreI needed a replacement for the baking tin my son borrowed and never returned, so I went looking online. The ordering process was straightforward and I found what I was after without any bother. The tin arrived in good order and seems sturdy enough for the cakes I make each week. Delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped, but it was perfectly acceptable and I'd happily order from them again.
Read moreHonestly these are decent enough for the price, though the colour looked a bit different from the photos. The product feels fine in use and the quality is about what I'd expect at this level. The delivery was a few days slower than the site said it would be. I'd probably order again but might check the colour choice more carefully first.
I've been a customer for about six years now and the range has got a lot better. The thing that bugged me this time was that a saucepan I ordered showed as in stock but took nearly a week to leave the warehouse. Once it arrived it was fine, though the price was a touch higher than I'd seen elsewhere.
