Bought a stainless steel kettle from here because it was cheaper than the one I'd been looking at elsewhere. It does the job well enough, and the price is hard to beat. The lid catch feels a bit flimsy though and I'm watching it.

My old desk lamp finally died so I needed a replacement quickly for uni work. I looked at a few places and this one had the best price for a decent LED lamp. Ordering was easy and it's bright enough for late nights.

This was cheaper than the high street shop I usually go to for the same kind of kettle. The box came a day later than the site said, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise it works fine and the price made it worth the wait.

Very pleased with my new wool throw, which I ordered as a present for my sister. The colour is exactly as shown and it's soft without being too thick. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was careful. I shall certainly be back.

Really good, I ordered three ceramic plant pots and they all arrived in one piece. Easy checkout and I got a dispatch email straight away. Will order the matching saucers next.

Compared to a couple of other sites, this one was dearer for the same electric screwdriver set. I did pay a bit extra for it to arrive the next day, which I'm glad about. The return form took a few goes to fill in though, and the set itself is decent but the instructions could be clearer.

Compared to the big marketplace I normally use, this was quicker to find what I wanted and the delivery was a day faster. I'd been put off by reviews of other sites but this one has been fine. The item was packed well with no damage. Haven't had to contact customer service yet, which is a good sign I think.

I ordered a lambswool cardigan from them last month and it arrived in good time. The fit was just as described and the colour is exactly what I hoped for. I did find the checkout a little fiddly at first but it sorted itself out once I'd signed in. Very happy with it, thank you.

My old toaster had given up after twenty years, so I needed a new one before the weekend. I'd heard good things about this site from my son and decided to give it a go. The toaster arrived well packed and works beautifully. I was grateful for the clear instructions and the friendly tone of the order emails, which made the whole business simple.

I've been buying from this site for years and it's still better than the big name one I tried before. The garden hose I ordered last spring is still going strong, and the cost was lower too. Nothing has ever gone wrong with an order that I can remember.

Easy site, got what I wanted, done. Ordered a pair of running shorts on Tuesday night and they were on my doorstep Thursday. Price was fine. Checkout took about a minute on my phone which is what I want when I'm on the bus. Would use again.

Needed a birthday present for my sister in a hurry and this place had a decent candle set in stock. Ordered it Sunday night, it turned up Tuesday. Wrapping wasn't fancy but it was fine. Sorted, cheers.

I bought a fast charger and a spare cable from here, and both have worked since day one. I've ordered from them four times now, always without any problems. The charger is compact and handy for the car.

Went with this one over two other sites for a dressing gown for my mum. Honestly it was the best of the three I checked, with a good price and clear photos. Mum is delighted with it and the order was simple to place.

What still gets me is how the account remembers my details, so reordering printer ink takes about a minute. I've been a customer since they started and they've never once messed up the order. Delivery is always next day if I order before lunch. Prices have crept up a bit over the years, but not enough to bother me switching.

I looked at three other sites before settling on this one for a set of cookware. Their price was the lowest once delivery was added, which mattered to me. The order page was clear and the confirmation email had everything I needed. The pans arrived a day early and look just like the photos. Happy to go back.

Needed a last minute gift for a friend's leaving do so I ordered a mug from here. It arrived the next morning and was exactly what I wanted. Easy and quick, would order again.

The mesh wifi kit they had was the first thing I noticed, as most sites just list the basic specs. I've been doing home networking for years and the details here were accurate. The unit I bought is solid and the signal reaches the back bedroom now. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in one box with the right cables. Would buy from them again for network gear.

Got a kettle from here on Saturday, arrived Monday. Everything went through without any problems and the tracking updated properly. Lid closes nicely and it boils fast. Nothing else to say really, it does the job.
