Ilios Lighting

Compared it to the big chain stuff and this was miles better, the fitting was a lot easier and the shade actually sits right. Checkout was quick and no faff. Honestly my new favourite place for lights, nothing to moan about at all.

First time ordering from them so I wasn't sure what to expect. The lights themselves are fine and the shade looks like the photos. Delivery took longer than the site said, nearly ten days, and nobody emailed to say why. Would be a bit more upfront next time.

I had been after a lamp for the hall for some time and this one came up. It arrived promptly and was well wrapped, and the shade is exactly as shown. A very satisfactory purchase.

These are good lights and I'd say the price is a bit better than the high street. I looked at three other places before picking this one. Delivery took a few days longer than they said, but it all arrived fine. Would be a five if the tracking updated more often.

Had a look at a few sites before I went with this one. Compared to the others the prices are about the same but the choice is better and the filters actually work. Delivery was a day early, which was nice. One small thing, the site lost my basket once and I had to start again.

Went with them over the big DIY shop and they were a fair bit dearer for the same kind of light. The fitting wasn't as easy as I'd hoped either. Order arrived fine though.

Bought the pendant for over the kitchen island. Arrived in one piece and went up fine with the instructions. Only thing is the cable was a bit shorter than I'd have liked so I had to adjust the height. Otherwise good, and the shade looks just like the pictures.

I'd hunted around for a decent outdoor light for the garden and compared several sites. This one came out well on price and the lamp is sturdy and weathers nicely. The instructions could be clearer but it went together without any drama.

Bought the track lighting kit for the shop front window. I've fitted lighting before so I knew what to look for and the components are sound. The track is a bit lightweight but it holds the spots fine. Delivery came well packed.

Ordering was fine but the lamp I got was not quite the colour in the picture, more grey than the blue-green they showed. Sent a message about it and it took four days to get a reply. Returning it was a fiddly process too, had to print a label and find a drop off point.

Really good, would use them again no bother. Signed up for the email list to get the code and it took about a minute. Got the fittings in two days and they were well packed. Price is decent too, nothing to moan about.

Needed a light for the bathroom that wasn't a horrible strip light. Ordered it on my phone while waiting for the bus and it arrived in two days. Looks decent, fits nice above the mirror.

Had compared about five sites for a pendant and this was the one I went for in the end. Checkout was painless and the pendant came well wrapped. Good price for what you get, and I'd buy from them again.

The switch on the lamp is the part I noticed most, it feels properly made and has a nice firm click. I was grateful for that as I've had cheap ones fail on me. The bulb it came with is a tad dim but that is easily changed. Dispatch was prompt.

The dimmer control was what sold me in the end, most of the other places I checked only did on and off. I'd looked at three or four sites over a couple of evenings before settling on this one. Ordering was simple enough and the lights arrived in good time. Happy with it, would go back.

Ordered the wall lights on my phone during my lunch break. The app kept logging me out so I had to go through twice. Lights themselves are decent and turned up on time.

I needed a reading lamp for my chair, my old one had gone dim and I found it rather tiresome. The new one is very pleasant and the light is kind to the eyes. Thank you, it was an easy order.

I've been ordering from this lot for years now, compared to the big DIY places they're cheaper and the range is better. Used to get the stuff a bit slower but this last order came in two days. Quality's held up well over time.

Needed a new set of lights for the flat after the old ones packed in and the landlord wasn't bothered. Ordered on a Sunday night and they turned up Wednesday, which was fine. The lamp itself is a bit dimmer than the photo made it look, but it does the job for the bedroom and I can't really complain about that. Would probably order from them again if I needed something small.

Honestly the bulbs turned up the next day which I didn't expect at all. Checkout was quick, just put my card in and that was it. Lights look nice in my room and the warm white is spot on. Would order again.
