Ideal World

First time ordering from here so I was a bit nervous, and the trainers I picked were fine when they turned up. The delivery took nearly a fortnight which was longer than the site said, and nobody really told me why. They look decent and fit alright but I am not sure I would bother again.

We had a patch of lawn that kept getting waterlogged so I needed a proper drainage solution and know my way around these things. The kit went together without any missing bits, and the pipe fittings are the right gauge for the job. I would expect this to last a good few seasons with no trouble.

Honestly this is still the best place I have found for tools and I have been buying from them for many years. The cordless drill I ordered works a treat and the battery holds its charge well. Delivery was prompt and the box was undamaged. Long may it continue.

Good ordering and the bits arrived fast. Had a small question about a part and they got back to me the same day. Cheaper than the other places I checked. Easy to use on the app too.

My old machine had finally stopped heating properly, so I needed a replacement that would last. I looked at a few models across different shops before deciding on this one, which was a little dearer than the cheapest I found but had better reviews. It makes a decent espresso and the milk frother is a nice touch. Delivery was a day later than I expected but the box arrived in good condition.

We had guests coming and the spare room bedding was looking tired, so I needed something soft and easy to wash. I have been a customer here for years and the sheets are always reliable. These arrived quickly and the cotton is crisp without being stiff. Lovely.

The cushion cover was a bit more textured than the photo suggested, which I rather liked. It arrived well packed and within the week, though I did have to wait a few days for a reply when I asked about the zip. Would order again, I think, and the price was very reasonable for what it is.

I compared a few places before choosing this one and it turned out the cheapest for the same quilted throw I had seen in town. The site was easy to use, which I was grateful for, and the throw arrived beautifully wrapped. It is lovely and soft and the colour is a deep warm red. I would be quite happy to order from them again.

Got these earrings after comparing them with a couple of other sites and these were way cheaper for the same look. Ordering was dead easy and they came in a little pouch. Not sure about the backing on one of them, feels a bit loose, but the rest is spot on for a night out.

Compared this with another retailer before buying and this came out cheaper with free returns. Ordered a pair of running shorts, quick to arrive and they fit well. Nothing to moan about.

This is the best storage unit I have bought in a long while and I know my way around these things after years of home DIY. The shelves are solid and the screws grip well. Put it together in an afternoon with no missing bits. Would buy from here again.

Ordered a kettle from them last month and it arrived the next day. Works fine, boils quick and the switch feels solid. Packaging was good too, nothing got knocked about.

Bought the stainless steel cooker hood on a sale and it has done the job well for a few months now. Good value for what you pay, the fan is quiet on low and the filters are easy to swap. The fitting instructions were a bit vague so I had to watch a video, but nothing a bit of patience couldn't sort out.

Got a pair of trainers from here and they fit well. Ordered on a Monday and they were with me by Thursday. Dead comfy and look better than I thought they would. Cheap for what they are.

The cushions looked a touch smaller than I expected when they arrived. They are still very comfortable and the covers wash well. I did wonder whether the price was a little higher than elsewhere, though it was still reasonable. Would order again.

I compared this lamp with the one in a department store and the store version felt much sturdier in the hand. The one from here was a bit lighter and the shade wobbles if you touch it. It does the job for the bedside and it was cheap enough, but I had hoped for something a little more solid for the price I paid.

On the whole this was a fair purchase and the throw is warm enough for the sofa. It is not as thick as the one I saw in the pictures, which I suppose is my own fault for expecting too much from a photograph. The price was reasonable for a throw of this kind, and the colour is exactly as shown.

I needed a replacement set of bed sheets for the spare room after the old ones wore thin, and this is where I always go. I've been a customer for about ten years now and the quality has stayed steady. This time the order took a little longer to arrive than usual, about five days, and one pillowcase was slightly creased. Still good value and easy to return if needed, so I'll keep coming back.
