hulkman

I needed a replacement lid for a pan I have had for twenty years, and this was the only place that had the exact size. The fit is spot on and the handle is the same finish. The order went through without any trouble. I am very glad I found it.

Ordered a phone case on a Monday and it turned up the following Monday, which was longer than I expected. The order itself was dead easy to do on my phone and the checkout didn't ask me for loads of stuff. Price was fine and the case fits. Just wish the delivery had been quicker.

We needed a new bedside lamp and a couple of other bits for the spare room before my sister came to stay. Prices were fine compared with the high street and I did find a code that took a few pounds off. The delivery took four working days, which was a bit longer than the site said, but it arrived in one piece. Not the cheapest place going but good value for what it is.

I needed some decking screws and a new hose reel and had no idea where to start, so I went looking for a site with plenty of choice. I was a bit wary at first about ordering from a new name. The delivery was prompt and the screws were the right length for my boards. I would order from them again for the garden.

Compared with the catalogue company I used for years, this site is much easier to get around. Everything is laid out clearly and I could find what I wanted without ringing anyone. The delivery arrived the day after I expected, which is more than I can say for the other lot. I am pleased with the change.

Compared with the specialist shop I normally use, this is a step down on the detail. The product pages do not list the thread pitch or the material grade, which I need to know. I had to email them and it took two days to get a reply. Fine for basics but I would stick with my usual for anything technical.

Compared with a local hardware shop, I found this site was noticeably dearer for the same drill bits. The checkout was clear enough and the order arrived the next working day. I had hoped the saving on postage would make up the difference but it did not. Still a decent service, just not the bargain I was after.

I would say this is a well run online shop and I have used it several times now. The order came through without any fuss and the confirmation email arrived straight away. I found the checkout easy to follow, which I do appreciate at my age. Would happily order from them again.

Our old kettle died on a Sunday night and we needed a replacement for the morning. The site had it in stock and delivered the next day, which saved us. It was good value compared with the shops in town and the box arrived undamaged. Really handy when you are in a rush.

I bought a set of front brake pads for my van, and the fitment list was spot on for the model. They arrived in two days, which was quick. The price was a bit higher than the big motor factor, but the warranty on the pads is longer. Only small gripe is the order confirmation came without the part numbers.

My daughter outgrew her school trainers mid term and we needed a pair quickly without spending a fortune. The price was decent and I could filter by size, which saved time. They came after three days which is about what I expected. The returns form is a bit fiddly but I have not needed it yet.

The first thing I noticed was how much cheaper the bike lock was than the big chains. I had compared two other shops before buying and this was the lowest by a fair margin. The order did take a long time to leave their warehouse though, almost ten days. The lock itself is solid, so I can live with it.

I bought a propagator tray with a clear lid for the greenhouse, and it is exactly what the picture showed. The depth is right for my seedlings and the vents slide smoothly. It arrived well wrapped in the post. I have already told two of my allotment friends about it.

I bought a continuity tester from them because my old one had given up. The spec matched what I needed and the description was accurate, with the right number of probes. It works well on the car wiring I have been fiddling with. Packed properly too, with no rattling inside the box.

I would go with hulkman again without a second thought. I compared three other sites before settling on them and their prices were the most sensible. The checkout was simple and the order arrived quickly. Happy to shop there again.

the biggest thing for me was how long the delivery took, nearly two weeks for a phone case. the case is fine tbh and the price was cheap. they did send an update when it shipped which was nice. just wish it had come faster.

They're my first stop when I need something for the house and I'm happy with how they run things. I bought a small set of storage boxes and the order arrived well packed within three days, which was quicker than I'd thought. The website shows stock clearly so there were no nasty surprises at checkout. Prices are reasonable and I'd use them again.

I'd say they are very good for what they offer and I have no complaints. I wanted a return sorted for a set of drill bits that were the wrong size, and the process was straightforward once I found the form on their site. The refund went back to my card within a few days of them getting the parcel. Not the cheapest around but the service is solid and I'd order again.

Compared with the department store in the city, this site was simpler and a bit cheaper for the same brand. I have been a regular for years now, mostly for kitchen bits. Delivery is always reliable and they have never lost a parcel on me. Once I had a query about a cracked glass and the team replied within the hour with a replacement. It is my first choice when I want a bargain without the queues.
