Needed a new laundry basket after the old one split at the handle. The one I picked is sturdy and the lid fits snugly. Ordering was simple and it turned up the next day. Good stuff.

We needed a new duvet set after our old one got a hole in it and a guest was arriving. The order went through fine and the duvet cover came folded and crisp. The price was a bit higher than I'd seen for similar sets elsewhere, but the cotton feels good. I'd order from them again.

Got the arched mirror for the hallway and it's honestly better in person than in the photos. Arrived wrapped in loads of bubble wrap with no cracks. Easy to hang with the hooks included. Really happy.

We needed a few bits for the new flat, mainly a rug and some storage baskets. The site made it easy to filter by room size, which helped a lot. Everything arrived on time and the rug is the right size. Happy with it.

The garden bench was not quite as pictured, the wood looks a lot greyer and the seat is thinner than the photos suggested. Assembly was fiddly and two of the holes did not line up without a bit of persuasion. Customer support took three days to reply to my email about it. Returning it has been a faff too, the label was hard to find. Not the quality I expected at this price.

The linen napkins are lovely, the weave is nice and close and they've washed well so far. I was a little surprised by how heavy they are, but that's the quality I wanted for our family lunch. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was tidy. Fairly priced for what they are, I think.

Sensible prices for good quality linen napkins, which is what I was after for a family lunch. The set arrived quickly and nothing was creased badly. Returned nothing so far. I'd say it's the best option for everyday tableware at this price.

Ordered a desk lamp for the spare room since the old one kept flickering. It came in a box that was bigger than it needed to be but nothing was damaged. The light is bright and the dimmer works properly. Setup took about two minutes with no tools.

The shelving unit is sturdier than I expected for the price, the brackets are solid and it holds our books fine. I checked two other places and this came out cheapest once delivery was added. Put it together on my own in an afternoon. No complaints.

Compared with the rival site I usually check, this was cheaper for the same bamboo chopping board and the wood is a decent thickness. Delivery included in the price, which I liked. Nothing about it feels cheap. Solid value.

Compared this against two other sites before ordering the pan set, and this one came out cheapest with free delivery over a set amount. The pans heat evenly and the handles stay cool enough. Delivery took a couple of extra days over what the site first showed, which was a small niggle. The non-stick is holding up well so far. I'm glad I went with them.

I have been buying from them for a good few years now and they have never let me down. The cushion covers I bought last autumn wash well and keep their shape. Staff on the phone were patient when I had a question about sizing. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Way cheaper than the site I normally use for trainers, same brand and everything. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account. Only thing is the delivery took a bit longer than I'd like but it turned up. Would buy again.

Bought the cotton throw blanket for the sofa as a first order from them and it arrived in about three days which I wasn't expecting. The weight is nice, not too heavy, and the colour is exactly what I saw on the site. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account to pay, which I liked. Would happily order from them again for the bedroom.

Been ordering from them for years and they're still my first stop for kitchen bits. The bread bin I got last spring has held up well. Nothing has gone wrong that I can think of.

Compared to the bigger homeware chains this is a noticeably sturdier wooden shelf for the money, the joints are tight and the screws were all there. I've been fitting shelves for years so I'm picky about this. The instructions were clear enough. Nothing wobbles once it's up.

Got the wall planter for the bathroom and it was dead easy to hang. Arrived in good nick and the plant I put in it is already perking up. Checkout was simple and I got a confirmation straight away.

Honestly the site is so easy to use, found what I wanted in like two minutes. Got my order sorted with no hassle and it came quick, would use again.
