Biggest thing I noticed was how neat the wrapping was, paper and ribbon all done properly. Ordered it during my lunch break and it turned up the next day. Nice one.

Needed flowers quickly for a colleague's leaving do and the order was done in about two minutes on my phone. Delivered to the office the next morning as promised. Everyone liked them.
