Compared a few sites for a pair of ankle boots for the winter and kept coming back to this one. The range is better than the others I looked at and the size guide is more detailed, which helped a lot. Took about a week to arrive and the courier left them with a neighbour, a small annoyance but everything was in good shape.

The shoes I received were not quite as pictured, the colour was a shade darker and the sole looked thinner than in the photos. I did find the returns form straightforward to fill in, though the label took nearly a week to arrive in the post. Sadly they will not be going back on my shelf.
