Hotic

Needed a present for my sister's birthday and wanted something she'd actually use. Picked a candle set from here and it arrived in about three days. The scent is quite strong, which she loved. Box was a bit crushed on one corner but the candles were fine. Would order again for sure, just watch the packaging.

Honestly really happy with this one. It was my first time ordering from them and everything went smoothly from checkout to the doorstep. The bag was sturdy, the zip works properly and the price was fair for what you get.

Was going to buy the same kettle from a big retailer but this was about 10 quid more here. The kettle itself is fine, boils quick and the lid sits right. Delivery was ok, a day later than they said. Wouldn't say it was a bad experience just not sure it was worth paying extra for.

Honestly this was the one I went with after comparing three different options. The price was the lowest and the reviews on the product looked sound. Delivery was quick and the bedding is soft and crisp. Glad I picked it.

We needed a clothes airer for the flat because the radiators are useless and the tumble dryer is on its last legs. Found one here for less than I expected and it came flat packed in two days. Putting it together took ten minutes and it holds a full load, so for the money it's hard to fault.

Needed a cheap desk lamp for my room because the overhead light is awful for revision. Got it on here, took about two days, looked just like the photo. Works fine, bright enough, no complaints, would get more stuff from them.

Bought a pair of running trainers and they were well under what I'd pay elsewhere. The cushioning is decent and they fit true to size. Delivery came in a few days with no issues. Good value for money and I'd get another pair.

Compared to the big chains I usually go to, the quality on this coat was noticeably better for the price. The lining is thick and the buttons feel solid. It arrived in about three days and fitted exactly as the size chart said. Really pleased with it.

The fabric softener I reorder every few months arrived a day later than the site said it would, which was annoying but not a disaster. Price is the same as last time and the packaging was fine. I've been using them for years so I'm not going anywhere.

Ordered a pair of ankle boots as a first purchase here. They arrived in the box with the right size and no damage at all. The material looks like the pictures and they feel sturdy. Checkout was simple and I got an email confirmation straight away.

Compared to the set I was using from the high street these are miles better, the stitching is tighter and they actually sit flat when I fold them. Ordered on a Tuesday, arrived the Friday, all in the right size and colour as pictured. Fabric feels nice against the skin too, I've washed them twice already and no bobbling yet.

Got a clear phone case from them and it's honestly so good. Fits my phone perfectly, doesn't yellow, and the corners have a bit of grip. Came in a little envelope which was nice and easy to open. Only ordered it a few days ago but I've already dropped my phone twice and it's fine.

Yeah this is well good. Ordered a hoodie and it came in the right size, fabric's thicker than I expected and the hood actually stays up. Quick checkout too. Would get something else from them.

I've been buying garden bits from them since before the site looked like it does now. The seed trays I got last spring came in good order and the price hasn't crept up much. Once a parcel went astray and they sorted a replacement without me having to chase anyone. Their customer emails are a bit much, but I can live with that. I'll keep ordering from them.

Needed a charger in a hurry because mine died on the bus. Ordered one here and it came the next day. Works fine, cable's a bit short but it does the job. Checkout was quick. Bit of a faff finding the right adapter size on the page though.

Compared to a couple of other sites this was more expensive for the same bag, which put me off at first. It did come quickly and the bag is solid enough. Had to chase an answer about the colour because the listing was unclear. Not terrible but I expected a bit more for the money.

Got the white trainers from here on my phone during the lunch break, super quick to order. They turned up in two days with a little tag still on. Fit's great and they're comfy for walking to work. Mine are already looking grubby but that's on me.

The first thing I noticed was that you can check out without making an account, which saved me loads of time on my phone. I got a set of phone charging cables and they arrived the next working day. Price was fine and the whole thing took about five minutes start to finish, so I'll probably just use them again for bits.
