Been buying from them for years now, mostly bits for the house and the odd gift. The prices have crept up a little recently, which I've noticed, but the orders still turn up when they say they will. Easy enough to order.

I've been a customer for a good while now. A recent order was the wrong size, and getting the refund sorted took a few emails and about two weeks before the money showed back up. It was all put right in the end but it was slower than I'd like.

We were moving into a small flat and needed a fold away table that wouldn't take up much room, so I looked at a few sites first. Bought a cordless drill and it does everything I need for light DIY. The battery life is decent and the chuck holds bits well. The box it came in was a bit squashed at one corner though, and the drill itself was fine.

I bought a wall mirror with a built in light for the bathroom and I've put it up myself, which I've done plenty of times before. The colour is a shade warmer than the photos but it looks fine in the room. The wall fixings were not the ones I'd have picked, so I had to pop to the hardware shop for better ones. Otherwise the mirror itself is well made and came packed nicely.

The biggest thing for me is how the same storage boxes and bits for the house have stayed the same price for years, which I like. Ordering is always easy on the site and I've never had a problem, though the delivery took closer to a week this time which was a bit slow.
