We needed new bath mats after the old ones went mouldy, and I wanted something that wouldn't cost a fortune. Got a set of two for a fair price and they arrived a day late, nothing major. The colour is slightly darker than the picture but it still matches the bathroom. Happy enough.

Sadly my last order was a disappointment. I'd ordered a set of garden chairs and they came with one arm cracked, and it took four days for anyone to reply to my email. Once they sorted a replacement it was fine, but I had to wait ages for the new one to come and the whole thing was more hassle than it should have been.

I've bought the same printer ink from them three times now, always through the site rather than the app. Checkout takes a minute and the ink has come in a sealed box each time. Really no complaints at all from me.

Ordered a grey hoodie through the app on my lunch break and it was done in about two minutes. Size chart was accurate so it fit first time. Arrived Friday like they said it would.

Honestly really easy. Ordered a plant pot and a bag of compost on Tuesday night and they turned up Thursday morning. Checkout didn't make me jump through hoops and the price was fair for what it is. Didn't have to ring anyone or chase anything, which is basically all I want from a shop tbh.

Otherwise it's tidy, the search works and my orders have always turned up when they said they would.

The site listed the right part for it with the correct fitting, which saved me measuring anything. Ordered on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday in bubble wrap with the jug untouched. The seal and blades matched my old set exactly, so it dropped straight in and it's been running smoothly since.

I bought a kettle from Homebody because a friend said the site was easy to use, and I was a bit nervous as I'd never ordered from them before. It arrived well packed and the kettle works perfectly. The checkout was simple and I got a confirmation email straight away. Very happy with it.

The delivery slot picker was the bit I liked, you can choose a two hour window and it actually turns up in it. Got a new stand for the telly, went together easily. Nice one.

Bought a bedside lamp from the site after my old one stopped working. Ordered it on my phone while on the bus and checkout took seconds. It came the next day and works perfectly with the dimmer on my bedside table.

Way better than the other site I was using for plant stuff. Pictures are actual photos not stock ones. Got a bag of seeds and a trowel, both arrived quick.

Compared with the big supermarket website I usually use, this was a much calmer experience. The product pages had proper photos and the basket never timed out on me. Ordered a lamp and some light bulbs and both turned up in good shape within three days.

Looked at a few sites before picking this one for a set of cushions. Honestly the easiest checkout of the lot and the cushions arrived looking just like the photos. Price was middle of the road but I'd happily order from them again.

Needed a mattress topper for my mum's bed after she said her back was giving her grief. Looked at a few places and this one came out cheapest for the size we needed. Arrived in a box a bit squashed on one corner but the topper was fine.

Really good app, ordered a phone case in like two taps. Only downside was the case took a bit longer than the site said to arrive, but it did come.

Compared this with my usual DIY shop, it's cheaper for the same paint brushes and the site is far quicker to search through. I've ordered from them a good few times now. Parcel came the next working day and everything was there. Would use again.
