Needed some replacement fence panels after the storm took out two of them, and I wanted something that wouldn't cost the earth. Found the same size for noticeably less than the builders merchant. Ordered Friday, delivered the following week, and they didn't charge extra for the lorry. For the money it's been good value so far.

I'd usually have gone to the big DIY shop in town for a new kitchen tap, but I found this one through a friend and decided to try it. The price was a little lower than I'd have paid in person and the site made it simple to compare the finishes. The tap arrived well packed. I'm glad I didn't go in.

Went with them over the big DIY chain near us because the price on the same paint was lower and the delivery was included. Ordered on a Sunday evening and it turned up Tuesday morning with no faff. Honestly couldn't tell the difference in the tin quality. Bit happier with this than I expected, to be fair.

This lawnmower is a good one, and I would say it is well worth the money. It starts first time, which is more than I can say for the last machine. The order was simple to place and it came on the day given. It is a pleasure to use on the lawn.

Bought the cordless impact driver kit with two batteries and it's been a proper workhorse on the decking. The battery charges quickly and the chuck holds bits firmly. Delivery came in the usual box with the charger wrapped separately, which was sensible. Price was decent for what you get.

Really happy with this, the order came through fast and the tracking was spot on. Checkout was quick on my phone, didn't have to fight with anything. Picked up a shed base and it arrived on the day they said. Would use again, job done. Only thing i'd say is the app kept asking me to log in again but that's a minor thing.

We needed a new hall rug as the old one had worn through near the door, and I wanted something hard wearing. The website made it easy to filter by size and I was able to measure the space before ordering. It arrived well packed and in good order, so I am very pleased with it.

Compared with the other place I usually look at, the same set of cabinet handles was about half the price here, and delivery was free. I was wary but the handles arrived in good nick and match the photos. Checkout took a couple of minutes. For the money I'd say it was the sensible choice, and I'll be back for more.

First time ordering from them so didn't know what to expect. What stood out was the delivery slot picker, I could choose a two hour window and they stuck to it. The garden bench came well wrapped with no damage. Assembly was simple enough with the bolts and an allen key in the box.

What struck me most was how clearly the product page laid out what was in the box before I bought anything. I ordered a set of garden lights for the patio and everything I needed was listed, so there were no surprises when it arrived. The parcel came in good order and the lights went up without trouble. A sensible business.

Our old dishwasher packed up, so I needed a replacement quickly and I knew the models. Found the one I wanted and the price was fair against the other sites. Delivery was booked for the Saturday and the engineer came to fit it too. Works well so far.

Ordered a garden storage unit and the site said it would be with me by Thursday but it turned up Saturday. The box was a bit battered on one corner, not wrecked, but the panel inside was scratched. They sent a message saying they'd sort a replacement but it took about a week to come. The unit itself is fine once it's up, just not the best start.

Checked three places for a set of decking boards and this was the cheapest by a fair margin. Delivery was booked for the day I asked, though the driver rang late. Worth it for the saving.

I've been ordering the seed feeders from them for years now, and this year's one is the same as always. Ordering is simple, I have an account so it's all saved. Last spring one arrived with a cracked lid and they sent a replacement without fuss. Prices have crept up a bit but it's still fair, and the birds don't mind.

We needed new dining chairs as the old ones had become rather wobbly and the seats had sagged. I was after something sturdy that would suit a small room, and I measured carefully before choosing. The order was placed without any difficulty and the chairs arrived in good time. They are comfortable and well finished, which is just what we wanted, and I am glad we went with them.

Compared a few places for a new kitchen tap and the price here was miles cheaper than the big name shop, so I went with it. The tap went in without any problems and the instructions were clear enough. Ordered, delivered and fitted in under a week. Really good value for what it is.

ordered a set of pans from them on my lunch break and the checkout was dead easy. they arrived in two days which is quicker than i thought. the pans are heavier than i expected but feel well made. happy with it tbh

Got a glass shelf for the bathroom wall and the site showed the fixings clearly. The shelf arrived in a sturdy box with foam round the edges, and nothing was chipped. Fitted it myself in an hour with the wall plugs in the bag. Good price too.
