This is the best value I have found for a garden shed base kit. The price was lower than the builders merchant and delivery was free over a certain amount. Good, simple, and it did the job.

The sofa arrived a full day earlier than the date they gave me, which I did not expect at all. The driver was polite and carried it in for me. I am very pleased with how it all went and would happily order from them again.

We needed a new garden furniture set in time for my daughter's wedding on the farm and I'd been using this site for years for smaller bits. Ordered the same kind of thing I've bought before, it arrived well packed and on the date they said. Customer service has always been friendly when I've called them. Nothing has ever gone wrong for us with them.

Needed a fan quick as the heating in the office went mad. Ordered at lunch, it was here the next morning. Easy site on my phone, paid and done in a minute.

I needed a replacement pond pump after the old one packed in over the summer. I've fitted a few of these over the years, so I knew what I was looking for and the spec matched what I needed. Arrived quickly and the packaging was fine. Happy with it.

The garden hose reel I bought is the third thing I have got from them this year and it works just as well as the first. What stood out this time was the checkout, which saved my card details so I didn't have to type them in again. Easy as anything, and the parcel turned up when they said it would.

Anyone buying a hot tub cover should check the dimensions carefully before ordering. The one I got was a few centimetres short on one side and doesn't sit flush, which I'd expect from a cover that's meant to fit my tub properly. Sending it back is a faff and I'm still waiting to hear how the refund will work.

Honestly the lamp is so cute, looks way better in my room than in the pictures. Ordered on a Sunday and it came Tuesday, which was mad fast. Bulb was already in and it works a treat. Would totally get something else from them.

Compared to the big department store down the road, this was a fair bit less for the same sort of hammock. Checkout was quick and the price stayed the same at the end.

The price filter on the site is the first thing I noticed, because I could sort the whole list by lowest price in one click. I'd looked at two other places for a dining chair set first and this was the cheapest by a fair margin. Delivery took about four days and the chairs were exactly as pictured. Nothing surprising here, just a good result for the money.

The rug I bought for the hallway is still going strong after nearly three years of muddy boots. I've been a customer a long time and it's always been reliable. The only thing I'd mention is the colour looked a shade darker on my screen than it did in person.

Compared with the other sites I looked at for a garden parasol, this one was clearly cheaper and the range was easier to browse. The delivery took a bit longer than I'd hoped and I had to chase the customer service team once to get an update. The parasol itself is sturdy enough for a windy spot.

Got the portable bluetooth speaker for uni and it's been great, takes it everywhere. Bought it on a whim after seeing it on my mate's feed. Battery lasts ages and the sound is loud enough for a flat party. Arrived in two days, no complaints from me.

I priced up the same electric heater at two other places and this was about a tenner cheaper, which is why I went with it. Free delivery on the order too, so the total came out well under the rest. Does the job and the cable is a decent length.

The garden cushions I chose were exactly as described when they arrived, which I was grateful for. I placed the order by telephone, and the lady who helped me was most courteous. The cushions are a comfortable size and the covers look well stitched.

Compared with the usual online shop I go to for kitchen bits, this was a few quid cheaper on the same kettle. Only niggle is the delivery was a day later than the tracking first showed, but it turned up.

I bought a wall clock for the hall and it came well packed and in good order. The only small niggle was that the returns form was a bit fiddly to find on the site, and I had to ask them where it was. Otherwise I have no complaints and the clock keeps good time.

Go for this one if you want a solid folding table without paying silly money. I looked at three other sites first and this was the cheapest for what I needed. It took a bit longer to arrive than the estimate said, but the table itself is sturdy and goes up easily. Would order again.

I needed a cheap bin for the new flat that wouldn't look rubbish in the kitchen. Looked at a couple of other places but the price here was best and the shipping was free over a set amount. The lid is a bit flimsy and I wish it had a softer close, but for the money it does what I wanted.
