I bought a specific brand of olive oil and they sent a different one without asking me first. I know the market well and the price was higher than the brand's own shop. Not terrible, but I'd like to be asked before a swap.

I needed a fast option for dinner for the family after running out of a few things at short notice. I had looked at two other places and their minimums were too high, so this suited me better. Everything came in good order and the prices were fair.

I ordered a small bunch of flowers for my sister's birthday and what I noticed most was how carefully they had been wrapped. They were a little smaller than the photo, but still lovely and they lasted the best part of a week. The delivery was on the day I asked for and the note was spelled right, which mattered to me. I'd happily order again for another occasion.

Compared with trailing round the shops, this was much simpler and I found what I needed without any bother. The order came through nicely and I was very pleased with it.

Its fine, the stuff I wanted was there and the checkout was quick enough, but my order took five days to turn up and i had to chase it through the site twice. Would probably use again if I was desperate but i'd look elsewhere first for anything urgent.

The icing was a touch sweeter than I'd have liked but the sponge was lovely and moist. The message on top was spelt correctly, which is more than I can always say for bakers. The delivery driver was courteous and left it in the porch as I'd asked.

Ordered at lunch and it was on my doorstep by the evening. The app is easy and the order matched what I picked. Got what I needed and nothing more.

Compared with my usual online grocer this was a little cheaper on the basics, which I appreciated. The checkout could be quicker and the search is a bit clunky. The order itself was accurate and everything was fresh.

I was rather pleased that the delivery slot I picked was honoured to the minute, which is more than I can say for some of the supermarkets I've used in the past. The shopping was all there and the substitutions were sensible, though one tin of tomatoes was swapped for a slightly different size, which I didn't mind. Would happily use them again.

Compared with my usual big chain, the basics here came out a few pence cheaper per item, which adds up over a week. Bread, milk and eggs were all in the usual sizes. Good value, no complaints.

Really good, sorted my weekly shop in about ten mins on the bus. Checkout was quick and the app remembers my usual stuff so i didn't have to hunt for anything. Only thing is the slots fill up fast on a Sunday so book early. Fine by me
