Got the grey rug for the living room and it's nice enough. Colour is a bit darker than the pictures though, more charcoal than grey, so it's not quite what I was after. Size was right and it arrived in good nick. Returning it would be a faff so I'm keeping it for now.

Bought a desk organiser as my first order here, mostly because it was cheaper than the place I normally use. The bamboo looks decent and it fits my desk. Packed in a cardboard box with some paper filler. Delivery came in two days, which was fine.

Would order again honestly, just maybe check the packaging next time.
