I needed a new set of storage boxes for the loft and I compared a few places before settling on this one. The range was the widest I found and the price was clearly the best once delivery was added in. Ordering took a few minutes and the confirmation email had everything I needed. Items arrived earlier than expected and well packed. Exactly what I wanted, and I'd happily order the same again.
Read moreThe sizing guide on the product page does not match what arrived, the fit runs about a size small compared with the chart. I had to order a larger one and return the first, and the return form made me upload photos and wait for approval before it would issue a label. Feels like the chart needs a proper check.
Read moreReally easy to use, I ordered a birthday present for my sister on my lunch break and it was done in about five minutes. Found what I wanted straight away with the search. Delivery came the next day which was brilliant as I was dead stuck for time. Price was fine, nothing special. Packaging was a bit much for a small item but whatever. Would use them again for sure, they've saved me so much time.
Read moreordered a hoodie in grey and it's fine, not amazing. fabric is a bit thinner than the photos made it look. arrived quick though and the size was right. okay for the price i guess
Compared to the big name I usually use this was a fair bit cheaper for the same thing, which is why I gave it a go. Ordering was fine and the price stayed the same at checkout, which I appreciated. Delivery took a day longer than they said but nothing dramatic. Fine for the money, I'd probably use it again for something non urgent.
I bought a replacement cover for my armchair cushion from them last month. The order went through without any bother and the price was reasonable for what it is. It took a little longer to arrive than they had quoted, though I did not mind it too much. The colour is a touch lighter than I had imagined from the photos, but it suits the room. I would order from them again.
