I needed a new set of storage boxes for the loft and I compared a few places before settling on this one. The range was the widest I found and the price was clearly the best once delivery was added in. Ordering took a few minutes and the confirmation email had everything I needed. Items arrived earlier than expected and well packed. Exactly what I wanted, and I'd happily order the same again.
Read moreThe sizing guide on the product page does not match what arrived, the fit runs about a size small compared with the chart. I had to order a larger one and return the first, and the return form made me upload photos and wait for approval before it would issue a label. Feels like the chart needs a proper check.
Read moreReally easy to use, I ordered a birthday present for my sister on my lunch break and it was done in about five minutes. Found what I wanted straight away with the search. Delivery came the next day which was brilliant as I was dead stuck for time. Price was fine, nothing special. Packaging was a bit much for a small item but whatever. Would use them again for sure, they've saved me so much time.

Signed up through the app to get a discount code and it kept logging me out halfway through the form. Took me like three goes. Once I was in it was alright but the reply to my question about the code took two days.
