I bought the navy wrap coat dress for my daughter's christening and I'm pleased to say it was just right. The colour is exactly as shown and the cut is very flattering on a more mature figure. I did find the sizing a touch generous, but the returns process was perfectly sensible when I asked about it. Very happy with it.

Compared with my usual department store, I found this shop's cardigans much softer and better made for the price. The knit has held its shape after several washes. Everything arrived promptly and the parcel was well protected. I've already recommended it to my sister who is equally particular.

the dress itself is fine but the delivery took nearly two weeks when the site said 3 to 5 days. no tracking updates for most of it. customer service replied eventually but it took a few days. fabric is nice enough though
