Hedgehog Dryer

Compared it with a couple of big chain sites before picking this one, and the price was a bit lower for the same model. The filter on mine is easy to get at, which the other shop's wasn't. Only real complaint is the delivery window was a full day wide, so I had to wait in for most of Thursday.

Got the compact one for my first flat and it's brilliant, fits neatly under the counter. It dries a small load in about an hour and I haven't had any shrinkage on my jumpers. The order arrived the next day with everything included.

Ordered the heat pump dryer as a first purchase from this site and I'm really pleased. The drum is well made and the controls are sensible. Delivery came with the box already opened and the driver seemed keen to get back out, but the dryer itself was undamaged. Setup took me about twenty minutes with the guide, and the filter cleaning reminder has already been useful.

Honestly really happy with this. Ordered on the app in about five minutes and it turned up two days later. The dryer works well, my jeans come out nice and not over-dried. Would get again for sure, no complaints.

This is the best choice out of the lot I looked at, and it's the one I'd go back for. Compared with the rest it has the most sensible running costs and the best sized drum for a couple. Ordering was quick, delivery was on the day I was told, and the dryer has been trouble free.

The sensor dry setting stopped my jeans getting over-dried, which was the bit that sold me. Ordered on my phone during my commute and it turned up two days later with no trouble. Checkout was quick and the confirmation came through straight away.

Compared to my old vented dryer this is far quicker, the cycle that used to take three hours now runs in about one. Booking the delivery was simple on my phone. Fits in the utility room without any trouble.

Bought the basic heat pump model during a sale and it was about forty quid less than the others I looked at. Works fine so far, dries a full load in a reasonable time. Good deal.

The price was what made me pick this, it came in well under the other places I checked. It runs for about an hour and a half on the eco setting and the electricity bill hasn't gone up noticeably. The drum is a good size for a family load of towels. Dryer came in good time and nothing was damaged when it arrived.

The delivery was the big problem, the dryer was meant to arrive on the Tuesday and it finally came on the Friday. Nobody sent a text to say it had been moved. When I rang, the call took a while to get through and I was told to expect another day. The dryer itself is fine but it's not a great way to start.

The drum is massive, way bigger than I expected for a dryer this size. Ordered on the app on my lunch break and it arrived in two days. Easy checkout, no faff.

Bought this for the price and it's been good value so far. It dries a decent load in a reasonable time and the energy rating is strong. Delivery was quick and the instructions were clear.

Looked at four or five dryers before settling on this one, mainly for the energy use. It came out ahead on the running cost figures and the size suited our utility space. Ordering was simple and it turned up in good nick.

Set against the big brand names this is a bit cheaper but the build feels a little lighter. I went for it anyway as the drying time and energy use were what I needed. The door seal took a few tries to line up properly during setup. It arrived quickly and was well wrapped, and the dryer has been running without any problems since.

First time I've bought from this site, and I went with it over a well known brand because it was cheaper. The dryer works fine but it is louder than the description suggested, which annoys me when it runs in the kitchen. Customer service did reply but it took a few days.

I needed a dryer I could use sitting down after a fall earlier this year, and the front loading height was the main reason I chose this one. The controls are large and clearly marked, which made the first few cycles straightforward. The order was handled with patience by the staff on the phone when I had a question about the delivery. The driver brought it in and set it on the spot, which was very kind of him.

I needed a replacement after my last dryer packed in, and this is the third one I've bought from them over the years. The first two lasted well so I didn't think twice about it. The checkout was a touch slower than before with an extra step to confirm my address. Delivery was prompt and the engineer was tidy about the fitting.

Ordered the heat pump condenser model after my old vented one started taking forever. The site listed the exact spec for my kitchen cupboard and the dimensions matched my measurements, which mattered a lot to me. Checkout was quick and the confirmation email had everything I needed. It arrived in a box that was a bit battered but the dryer itself was fine. Plugged it in and the first cycle was already well under what the old one took.

This is the best purchase we've made this year, no question. We run a heat pump dryer in a small flat and it keeps the damp down in winter. The app connects without any faff and the cycle times are accurate. Sound level is low enough that we can run it at night.
