I'd looked at a couple of the big high street chains first and their prices for the same kit were higher, plus shipping was extra. This worked out cheaper once everything was added up and the order came quickly. The description matched what arrived, and the customer service team answered my one question within a few hours, which was helpful when I had doubts.
Read moreOrdered a set of picture hooks and a small tin of paint and the stuff itself was fine. Problem is I checked two other sites and they were a few quid cheaper on the same paint, and delivery was charged on top here. Took three days to arrive which was okay. Not a disaster but I'd probably look elsewhere next time for the price.
Read moreI purchased a replacement part for my kettle, which I had been meaning to sort out for some weeks. The ordering process was straightforward and I appreciated being able to check the fitting details before I committed. The part arrived promptly and was exactly as described, which is all one can ask. I'd happily go back to them should I need anything else.
Read moreMy old charger finally gave up so I needed a replacement quickly. I'd compared three sites and this one had the right fit listed clearly, which mattered because the others were vague about compatibility. The price was a bit higher than the cheapest option I found, but it arrived the next day and it works perfectly.
Compared with a couple of other sites I had open, this one was a bit more expensive on the same item. The checkout was smooth enough and the order arrived quickly. It's a shame the price is higher, but it does the job.
Compared to my usual place this was way quicker to order from, the checkout took about two minutes on my phone and I didn't have to make an account. Only thing is the delivery slot I wanted was gone so I had to take the next day, but the stuff turned up fine.
Been buying a few bits from them over the years, mainly small household things. Last order was a set of replacement fixings and they arrived a day later than the site said. Not a big deal, but worth knowing if you're in a hurry.
