I'd looked at a couple of the big high street chains first and their prices for the same kit were higher, plus shipping was extra. This worked out cheaper once everything was added up and the order came quickly. The description matched what arrived, and the customer service team answered my one question within a few hours, which was helpful when I had doubts.

Problem is I checked two other sites and they were a few quid cheaper on the same paint, and delivery was charged on top here. Took three days to arrive which was okay. Not a disaster but I'd probably look elsewhere next time for the price.
Read moreI purchased a replacement part for my kettle, which I had been meaning to sort out for some weeks. The ordering process was straightforward and I appreciated being able to check the fitting details before I committed. The part arrived promptly and was exactly as described, which is all one can ask. I'd happily go back to them should I need anything else.
