HC Supplies

Ordered two sharps bins for the house, the sort with the lockable lids. They arrived sturdy and well wrapped, and the label showed clearly what each bin was for. Delivery was prompt and the instructions were included without me having to ask. Very pleased with the service.

Bought the upper arm blood pressure monitor for my mum as she needed one for her GP appointments. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was easy enough, though the checkout asked me to create an account twice. It arrived in two days and works fine. Bit fiddly to set the cuff size first time round.

Honestly really happy with this one. Ordered a set of nitrile gloves for the practice on a Monday and they turned up Wednesday, box was fine and everything was the right size. Price was a bit better than the big names too. Would order again, no fuss at all.

I needed a supply of dressings for the carer who visits my sister, and I wanted something reliable. The order was put together carefully and arrived with a clear list of what was inside. I was able to ask a question about one product and got a reply the same afternoon, which I appreciated very much.

This was my first order with them, bought a box of disposable gloves and a few bottles of antiseptic for the clinic. The checkout was clear and the delivery came next day, which I was pleased with. One of the bottles had a slightly sticky label but the product inside was fine.

Been ordering from them for about eight years now for the surgery and it's never let us down. Prices are fair, the stock is steady and I've never had to chase an order. Last month's delivery of dressings came on time with the right quantities. Easy to reorder from the account page.

Checked a few sites before buying the sanitiser refills for the warehouse, and the bulk pricing here was the best of them. Quantity discount kicked in at the right point and the ordering page was clear. Stuff turned up in two days, boxes were fine. Nothing to complain about, would order again.

We needed a proper sharps bin after our district nurse started visiting my dad twice a day for his insulin. I know the kit well from working in care so I was fussy about the lid and the lock. The one I ordered was exactly right and the site made it easy to add a couple of extra bags. Arrived the next working day, no fuss.

Been buying clinical supplies for years and this is exactly what I expect from them. The nitrile gloves are the right thickness, the boxes are stacked properly and the product codes on the site match what arrives. Nothing to complain about on the ordering side.

The cheap price on the cleaning wipes was the first thing I noticed, honestly bit shocked. Order came in a bit damaged on the outside though, a couple of packs were squashed. The wipes themselves were fine. Would have liked a note saying they had been replaced.

Needed hand gel for the office kitchen after everyone kept running out. Ordered a big refill pack in the evening and it turned up the next day, which was quicker than I expected. The gel is good and the pump works properly. Easy to reorder when we run low again, so I will be doing that.

Needed some cleaning supplies for a rental flat that needed a proper clean before the next tenants moved in. The spray and cloths I ordered were fine and the price was reasonable. Delivery was a day later than the site said, which was a bit annoying, but it got there in the end.

Compared with the high street shop, ordering online with them saves quite a lot of trouble for a man of my age. The mobility aids I bought arrived in good order and the instructions were clear enough. I was able to speak to someone about a query without being kept waiting long. Very satisfied indeed.

I would say the value is the best part, as I have compared these prices with our usual wholesaler and they come out a little cheaper. The gloves and antiseptic I ordered were what I expected. The one small thing is that the delivery window was longer than I'd have liked, though the driver was polite and the boxes were in good order when they came.

The price on the cleaning wipes was what got me, a lot less per wipe than the supermarket for the same count. Ordered two big tubs for the flat I manage and they arrived with no damage. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account. Will keep topping up from here.

Compared with buying the same hand gels from the chemist, this was cheaper and I got a bigger bottle. First order so I was a bit nervous but it arrived in two days in a sealed box. Cannot complain about any of it.

Looked at a couple of other sites for face masks before going with these. Went for the three ply type in the box of fifty and the price beat the others. The masks arrived quickly and the box was the same as the listing. Ordering was quick and the checkout did not try to upsell me anything.

Compared these with the pharmacy in town and the same box of sterile dressings was a fair bit cheaper here, even after postage. Got them in a few days and they were exactly what I ordered. I have been using them for the dressings at home for months now, so it is a regular thing for me.

Compared with the local wholesaler I used to buy from, this is a far better deal for a small surgery like mine. The sterile wipes and sharps bins came in good order and the prices were lower than I was paying before. Staff on the phone were helpful and clearly knew their stock.
