Happsy

Picked up a cordless drill with two batteries and a charger, the battery capacity listed was right and the kit is well laid out in the case. Only niggle is the box took a while to get to me as it came from a different depot, but the drill itself runs well and I've used it on a few jobs already.

Way better than the other site I usually use, the checkout didn't keep timing out on me. Ordered a pair of trainers on Tuesday and they turned up Thursday, box was a bit squashed but the shoes were fine. Would order again, the sizing guide actually matched.

Lovely first order, the whole thing was really easy from start to finish. The candles came well wrapped and nothing was broken, which I was worried about. Will be back for more when I need something.

I needed a replacement item for a gift I'd bought my mother, as the original had been damaged in the post somewhere else. Ordering was straightforward and the site told me what I needed to know about the returns policy. It did take a little longer to arrive than I'd hoped, but they kept me updated, which I appreciated.

Bought a kettle and toaster set from them in the spring sale. The price was a good bit under what the big department stores were asking, and the bundle saved me buying them separately. The checkout asked me to create an account which I'd rather not have done, and the returns page was fiddly to find. Still, the value was hard to beat and the set has worked well so far.

Honestly one of the better running shops I've used online. The leggings fit the way the size chart said they would, and I know that is rare. Ordered on Monday, arrived Wednesday, and the returns process would be my only test for them later. Happy so far.

I needed a new set of storage containers for the loft because the old ones had split, and I wanted something that would last rather than buy the cheap version and replace it again next year. The prices were very reasonable for the quality, and I compared a few sites before settling on these. Delivery was prompt and the boxes were packed well with no damage, and the lids fit snugly. Good value, I'd say.

I've been ordering the same garden hose from them for about six years now, so I know what to expect. This time I went for the longer length, and it arrived in good order with the fittings included. The only thing I'd mention is the packaging was a bit heavy, but the hose itself has held up brilliantly through two winters.

Compared with the shop I used to order from, the site here is much easier to find things on and the filters actually work. I got a set of kitchen scales and they arrived in good time with clear instructions. Haven't had any issues so far, and the prices were fair.

I needed a birthday present for my sister last minute and a mate suggested them. Didn't know what to expect but it was simple to order and the item arrived the next day. Really pleased, will go back.

Compared with the big marketplace sites, this was a good few quid cheaper on the same phone case. Ordered in the morning and it was out for delivery the same day. Easy.

Would order from them again, no question. Placed it Sunday night and the parcel was at mine by Wednesday. Tracking updates were a bit vague at one point but it all turned up fine.

Compared to the big high street chain I normally use, this was quicker and cheaper for the same bike lock. Delivery came the next morning and the lock was exactly as described. Nothing to moan about.

Bought a slipcover for our three seater from them after looking at a few other places. The measurements on the page matched what turned up and it went on without any fuss. Happy with it so far.

Bought a rucksack off them last week, it's the one with the two front pockets. Came in a day and a half, which was quicker than I thought. Yeah, no problems at all.

Honestly the quickest turnaround I've had from an online shop, ordered at lunch and it was on my doorstep before six. Quick to ask a question too, the chat replied in minutes. Only thing is the app crashed twice while I was browsing but it still worked fine when I got on the site.

What struck me most was how clear the instructions were for putting the bird feeder together, which I did not expect from an online order. Everything arrived in one piece and the stand is sturdy enough for the wind we get here. I'd happily order from them again for the garden.

The side table I got is solid wood, not the flat pack stuff I was expecting from the photos. Came quickly and wrapped well, the corners weren't dinged at all. Put it next to the sofa and it's perfect.

Ordered a set of drill bits on Tuesday and they took until the following Monday to arrive, which was longer than the estimate said. Tracking hadn't updated for two days so I was getting a bit fed up. Bits are fine, just wish it had been quicker to get here.
