I bought the hair mask because my ends were fried from bleaching. It works well and my hair feels softer after one go, but the tub was smaller than I'd pictured from the photo and it runs out quicker than I'd like. The delivery was fine and arrived in a couple of days, and the customer chat answered my question about how often to use it within the hour.

I'm afraid the product itself is perfectly fine and I've noticed a difference in the shine of my hair. My complaint is with the delivery, which took well over a week when the site had said three to five working days. When I rang to ask, the lady was polite and sorted it out, but I did have to chase it. I'm not sure I'd order in a rush again, though I'd probably carry on with it.
