What struck me most was the strap on the carry bag, which is wider and more comfortable than I expected for the price. It is well made and the stitching looks sound. The whole thing was neatly boxed when it arrived.
Read moreCompared with the rival site I usually check first, this was a clear step down on the order. I'd looked at three places and this one took a while to confirm the stock, and then the item was not quite as pictured. The colour looked different and it felt flimsier than I'd hoped. I ended up sending it back, which was a fiddly process with a form I had to print.
Read moreI needed a dependable supplier for the loose leaf tea my husband likes, after the shop in town stopped stocking it. Their ordering process was straightforward, and I appreciated being able to set up a regular delivery. The first box arrived on the date given and the tea smelt as fresh as I could wish. It's been a relief to have them sorted.
Read moreOrdered a phone stand for my desk on the site. Arrived in two days, works fine, cheap enough. Only thing is the box was a bit squashed but the stand was ok.
Still my first choice, and I've been using them for years. Ordering takes two minutes if you've saved your details and the stock is usually right. Delivery was a day late on my last order but they sent an update and it was fine.
I bought a set of drawer organisers for the spare room and the prices were sensible for the quality. The site was clear enough to find what I needed. One small irritation was that the second item came a day after the first, but it was all as described.
Good value, and that's the main reason I keep ordering from them. Prices are lower than the big names for the same brands, checkout is simple, and the delivery was on time both times. Only small gripe is the minimum spend for free postage is a bit high.
I needed a travel adaptor and a couple of small toiletries in a hurry because my flight was the next morning and I'd forgotten half my kit. Found them on the site, ordered at night, and they turned up before lunch. Price was fine, nothing special, and the adaptor came a bit loose in its plastic tray but it works.
