Sleeping mat is brilliant and I'm not even exaggerating, I slept better on it than in my actual bed at home. Ordered it on the app on the bus and it came the next day. The valve is easy to use and it packs down small enough for my festival bag. Would buy from them again for sure, the whole thing was super easy from start to finish.

Way better than buying a cheap torch from the petrol station, and this one actually lasted. Quick order on my phone, took about a minute. Arrived next day. Nice one.

I was very pleased with my order of a lightweight camping chair and a small table, which arrived sooner than I had been told it would. The staff who answered my query by phone were patient and explained the options clearly. Everything was packed with care and the chair has proved very comfortable at the village fete and on our caravan holiday in Devon. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to order again.

This is the best sleeping bag I have owned for the money and I have owned plenty. Rated comfortably down to the temperature on the label, and the stuff sack compresses it small enough for my rucksack. The zip runs smoothly, which matters more than people think. Very pleased.

Got a day rucksack for uni hikes and it's honestly really good for the money. Ordered on a Friday night and it came Monday, bit slower than I wanted but fine. The straps are comfy even when it's loaded up and there's loads of pockets. Only thing is the water bottle pocket is a bit tight.

Compared it against the big chain camping shop down the road and this was about a third less for the same tent pegs and mallet set. Ordered on the Tuesday and it turned up Thursday morning, all there and no faff. For weekend stuff I don't need anything fancy, so this suits me fine and I'll keep ordering from them.

Needed proper boots quickly for a wedding walk in the hills. Ordered in the morning and they were delivered the next afternoon, which I was grateful for. The only niggle is that the return label took a bit of finding in the box. Otherwise fine.

Shopping with them for the first time and I'm impressed. Bought a camping lantern and it's bright enough to read by, with a good long battery life. Checkout was straightforward and the confirmation email came straight away. Would order again.

Bought a pack of gas canisters and a small burner to replace an old one that was leaking. Everything arrived packed well, no damage, and the price was lower than my local outdoor shop. The burner lights quickly and holds a steady flame. Good value for regular camping.

Needed new walking poles after my old pair snapped on a descent in the Dales. Ordered a pair with the grips I wanted and they arrived well within the week. The locks are firm and the adjustment is smooth. Been using them on regular walks since and they have been reliable every time.

Got a head torch for a trip to the Lakes, having never bought anything from them before. Checkout was simple and it arrived in two days. The beam is brilliant and the battery lasted the whole weekend. Will definitely be using them again for other bits.

I compared these with a camping chair from a supermarket and this was the sounder choice by some distance. The frame is sturdy and the seat has not sagged after several summers. I had it delivered without any trouble. Good value.

A very good waterproof jacket that has kept me dry through a wet week in the Peak District. I was advised the sizing would run slightly large, and that proved correct. Customer service answered my question about fit within a day. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Ordered a pair of trail runners on the app on the way to work and they were at mine the next day. Easy to find my size and the checkout took about a minute with my saved card. Nice bit of kit and exactly what I wanted for the Brecon run.

Got a running jacket for the winter and it's decent. Took a couple of days to arrive which was fine. The zips are a bit stiff at first but they loosen up after a few wears. Price was reasonable for a student budget.

Found the same headlamp cheaper on another site, so this was a bit pricier than I expected. Delivery was quick though, arriving within two days. The lamp itself works well. Would have liked to see a price match.

Ordered a set of hiking poles and a stove from them a while back and somehow got charged twice for the stove. I emailed on a Monday and it took until Thursday for anyone to reply, which was a bit slow. Once they did, they sorted the refund quickly and apologised. I've been a customer for ages so I'm not too bothered, and the poles are great and turned up on time.
