Needed a card and small gift for my nan's birthday and it had to be here by Saturday. Ordered on the app and it was quick, though the returns page is a bit fiddly if you change your mind. Gift arrived on time and it went down a treat.

I needed a replacement cushion cover for the garden chair and placed the order in the spring. The delivery was delayed by almost a week and I had to phone to find out where it was. When it did arrive the cover was the right size and the fabric is good quality.

This is the best place I have found for hand tools for the allotment, and I have tried most of the local suppliers. The spade has a proper ash handle and the blade is well tempered. Ordering was straightforward and it came well packed. I would happily trust them with a pricier order next time.

Got a set of drill bits for the shed on my phone during my break. Checkout was quick and the bits arrived in a sturdy case. Happy with it, sharp and well made.

I needed a birthday present for my sister and a friend suggested I try here. It was my first time ordering and the checkout was easy to follow. The gift arrived quickly and it looked lovely, so I have already told my mum about it.

The first thing I noticed was the weight of the workbench legs, they feel very solid for the money. The instructions in the box were sparse and I had to work out the second stage myself. It is not a big complaint but a clearer diagram would have saved me an evening.

I used to buy my pillows from the shop in town, but I found this site cheaper and the choice was far better. The memory foam one I chose is firm in just the way I like. It came rolled in a bag and took an evening to plump up properly.

I looked at three other sites before settling on this one for a stepladder. The price is good and the ladder feels sturdy enough for the loft. It is a fraction more than the cheapest option I found, but the reviews were more reassuring.

We needed a new set of luggage tags and a proper lockable case for our trip to Cornwall, as the old ones had given up. The site made it easy to find what we wanted and the order arrived in good time before we left. Everything was as described and we were very pleased with the service throughout.

Bought a desk fan for the spare room from them on my phone at lunch. Checkout was quick and it turned up in two days. Happy with it so far.

I bought a wool throw for the armchair in the front room, and it has been very nice to use this winter. The checkout was a little slow on my tablet and I had to retype my address once. Once it arrived the colour matched the photos and it has held up well so far.

This is great value for the money if you are buying a basic kitchen storage set. I paid less than I would have elsewhere for the same containers and the lids seal properly. Delivery was quick, a couple of days, and the box was not damaged. I would order from them again without a second thought.

I compared the price of a reading lamp with two other shops and this came out cheapest by some margin. The lamp is sturdy and gives a lovely warm light. The whole thing was simple and it arrived without fuss.

I have been buying the cotton bedding from here for about six years now, and this was another set in the same colour. The sizing is spot on and the fabric washes beautifully. They have never let me down and the delivery has always been punctual.

The fast delivery is what got me, it turned up the next day after ordering at lunch. The app is simple to use on my phone. Packaging was fine, a bit of tape everywhere but nothing broke.

The prices are actually really low compared to everywhere else I checked, which was the first thing I noticed. Ordered a phone stand and a few bits on Sunday night and they came Tuesday. Didn't have to talk to anyone, which is how I like it tbh. Would get stuff from them again no question.

Compared with the big electrical chain down the road, these were a little dearer for the same kettle. The kettle works well and the finish is smart. I think the difference is fair given the quality of the item.

The shirt I ordered looks well made and the price was fair. It runs a size small, so I had to swap it for a larger one. The swap was dealt with without trouble.

I'd been using the big DIY chain for anything with a motor for years, so I checked this one before buying a new pressure washer lance set. It came out a fair bit cheaper than the chain for the same bits, and the ordering took about five minutes on my phone. The bits arrived in a box that was a bit flimsy but nothing was broken. I'd happily order from them again for tools.
