Got the wireless earbuds for the gym and they sit well in my ears even when I'm sweating. Sound is clear for the money. The case took a while to charge the first time but after that it's fine.

The reminder emails before my order goes out are a nice touch, they tell me exactly when to expect it. Booked a slot for the item I wanted and it came on the day.

Needed a jacket for a wedding and ordered two sizes to be safe. The return label was not in the parcel and I had to request one through the site, which took a few days. Then the refund was slow to show up on my card. The jacket itself was not quite the colour I saw on screen.

Bought the cordless stick vac after my old corded one kept losing suction on the stairs. This one holds up on carpet and hard floors, and the dustbin empties without me getting covered in grey dust. The battery lasts about the length of a normal clean. Happy with it.

I bought the digital kitchen scales about three years ago and they still weigh accurately, which I didn't expect given how much I use them for baking. I've ordered from the site loads of times since and the account is easy enough to use. The delivery on my last order was a day slower than they said, and a reply to my query took a couple of days, but otherwise I've had no real problems and I keep coming back.

We needed a printer for school projects and I didn't want to spend much. This one was the cheapest decent option I found and the ink is not too bad. Setup took longer than I'd like because the app kept asking for updates. Delivery was fine, arrived in three days. Does the job, though I'd have liked a bit more help getting the wifi connected.

The lamp came in a box that was a bit battered on one corner but the lamp itself was fine. Light is nice and bright without being harsh, the stand feels solid enough, and I've been using it every evening since it arrived.

Compared it with the same drill set on a big high street site and this came in cheaper with the same bits and case. The drill has decent torque and the battery charges in under an hour. Delivery was quick and the box was in one piece, so no complaints there. Sorted for the shed jobs.

Ordered at lunchtime on my phone and it was on the doorstep the next morning, which I did not expect at all. The tracking actually matched what happened, rare for me. Packed well too, nothing rattled about. Only typed this on the bus so forgive the typos, will use again.

Before buying the coffee grinder I checked a couple of other sites and this was the cheapest I could find for the same model. Grinds evenly and the hopper is easy to clean. The only annoyance was the checkout asking me to create an account, which I didn't want. Otherwise pleased with it.

I have been ordering from them for years now. The duvet set I bought last winter still looks like new after plenty of hot washes. The fabric is soft without feeling thin. Lovely.

Compared this with the big brand hair straighteners and it was about half the price on here. They heat up quick and the plates glide nicely. Delivery took three days so not bad. Fine for the money.

Our old kettle packed in and we needed a replacement quickly before the weekend. Ordered on the site on a Thursday evening and it came the next afternoon, which was fine. Price was a few quid less than the big supermarket site and it does the job. Only niggle is the packaging was a bit more than I'd like for one small appliance, but nothing broke.
