Compared with the trade supplier I used before, the prices here are lower on the same brand of fixings and the bulk packs save a fair bit. I've used them on three jobs now and the quality has been consistent every time. Delivery to the yard has been reliable and the packaging keeps the boxes from getting crushed in transit, which matters when you're paying for a van to turn up.
Read moreOrdered on the app and it said three to five days, which was fine, but it took nearly two weeks. Customer service only replied after I messaged them twice. Wasn't impressed, the stuff itself was okay.
Read moreThe cheapest I could find for the bulk pack of cable ties and the tape we use on site, and it saved a fair bit over our usual wholesaler. Ordering was straightforward once I found the trade account page, though the checkout asked me to confirm my address twice for no obvious reason. Everything arrived in two days, boxed properly, and the quantities were exactly what the order said. We'll keep…
Read moreIt does the job and the price is right for what it is. Delivery took a couple of extra days but I was told in advance so that was fine.
Ordered a phone case on the app and it's pretty good tbh. Took a bit of faffing to find the right model but the checkout was quick. Delivery was a day later than they said, which was a bit annoying, but the case fits fine and feels decent.
Ordered the refill pack for the coffee machine and it arrived quick. Only minor thing is the postage charge was a bit steep for such a small box. Otherwise spot on.
Compared with the shop I used to go to for this kind of thing, GIROTTI is a bit more fiddly to navigate but the prices are noticeably lower and I've been ordering from them for about six years now. Checkout is quick once you've saved your details and the orders have always turned up when they said they would. Haven't had a single problem in all that time, so I keep coming back to them.
