Compared with the trade supplier I used before, the prices here are lower on the same brand of fixings and the bulk packs save a fair bit. I've used them on three jobs now and the quality has been consistent every time. Delivery to the yard has been reliable and the packaging keeps the boxes from getting crushed in transit, which matters when you're paying for a van to turn up.

Read moreOrdered the storage crate and the lid was a fraction too small for the base, so it wouldn't clip shut. Sent a message and they said to send it back, which took a while to sort out with the courier. The crate itself is decent for the money but I'd have liked it to fit first time.
The first thing I noticed was how small the box was when it arrived, which made me wonder what I'd actually got. It turned out to be fine once I'd opened it. I've been buying from them for years and this is the first time I've had to think twice about what I ordered, so it's not a big deal but worth knowing.
The order itself was fine and the item is what I wanted. Their reply to my question about the warranty came after nearly a week though. Not terrible, just slow.
