Compared with the big sites this was noticeably cheaper for the same food storage containers, and the lids actually fit properly. I looked at four different sets before choosing, and the ones on this site had the clearest measurements listed. The order arrived quickly and nothing was broken. I have since bought a second set for my mum, which tells you how pleased I am with the quality and the…
Read moreQuick one, the box was a bit battered when it arrived but the shelf inside was fine. Order went through easily on my phone. Was going to ask for a replacement but it seems ok so far. Delivery took three days which was longer than the site said.
Read moreOn the whole I would say this was a good experience and I am glad I went with them. The order was straightforward to place and the confirmation came through promptly. The item arrived a day later than the site suggested, which was a little disappointing, though I did not feel it was unreasonable. Customer service were courteous when I got in touch about the timing. The price was fair and I have…
Read moreBought the cordless drill kit from them after looking at three other places. The price was a bit lower than the others and it came with the case and two batteries, which the other sites didn't include. Delivery was next day and the box was fine. The charger is a bit slow but otherwise it does the job for my weekend DIY.
Quick order on the site, took about a minute. The item came a day later than the estimate but they emailed me to say so. Price is fine. Bit of a niggle but nothing major.
I needed a decent loft ladder because the old one had started to wobble badly. The spec matched what I wanted and the ladder has the right rating for home use. The only niggle is the fixings were a bit fiddly to get in, but I got there.
Good, sturdy and does the job. Ordered a set of storage boxes and they arrived with no damage at all. Bit pricier than some places but I have had them for years now.

Bought the mattress topper for the spare room, which I know quite well as I have a background in soft furnishings. The fill is good quality and the stitching is neat. It is a touch thinner than I would have liked for the price, so I would have gone for the next weight up. Otherwise it is comfortable and the delivery was neatly done.
Looked at a few before going for the phone stand. This one was a little more than the cheapest option but it felt sturdier in the pictures. It is solid enough, although the grip rubber is a bit thin.
