Giant Teddy

Needed a top for a night out and ordered it in a rush. It took over a week to arrive which wasn't great. Chasing the order through the site was annoying too. Top is alright but not what I hoped for.

Compared with the supermarket version of the same kettle, this one is quite a bit more money, and I did wonder whether it was worth it. The kettle works well and boils quickly. Delivery took a few days longer than the site suggested, and I had to wait for an answer when I emailed about it. Packaging was careful. I'd think twice before paying the extra.

Honestly this is the easiest site I've bought from in ages. Found what I wanted in about a minute, paid with my phone and it came the next day. Didn't have to chase anyone or wait on hold, which is a rare thing these days. Will definitely order again when I need something.

Compared with the big chain chair I had before, this one feels a little less sturdy in the arms, though it was cheaper. Ordering was easy enough. Delivery was on the date they gave. It's fine for the study.

Got the grey hoodie in a medium and it fits really well, not too baggy. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged in the post. Good price for what it is, will probably get another in black.

Ordered a shelving unit for the spare room and it's exactly what I needed. Put together without issue. Delivery came on the day and the price was fair for what you get.

The little brass base is the bit I actually love, looks way fancier than I paid. Fast delivery too, it came in two days. Put it on my desk and it's perfect for late night essays lol

My old case cracked on the Friday and I needed something before the weekend. Ordered one that night and it was here by Monday. Fits perfectly and the grip is actually good.

Honestly this is the best value for a good quality duvet you'll find right now. I've been buying bedding for years and know my tog ratings. Ordering was simple, the price was fair and it came well packed. Nothing to complain about.

The first thing I noticed was a scratch on the side of the bookshelf when it arrived, which was disappointing for a first order. It was a shade different from the photos too, a bit lighter. Assembly was fine and the shelf holds my books without sagging. I emailed the site and they replied within a day, though I had to wait a bit for the replacement pieces to be sorted. Price was reasonable.

I ordered the large cardigan in charcoal for my sister's birthday and it arrived in good time, which I was grateful for. The colour looked a little darker on the screen than it is in person, but she was pleased with the fit. The checkout was straightforward and I did find the returns page clear enough should I need it. I'd order from them again.

Compared to the garden centre I usually go to, ordering from here was much easier and the prices for the outdoor furniture were lower. I've been a customer for about six years now. The cover fits the bench well and the material feels sturdy. Delivery was on time and the driver was polite.

Got the trainers in a size up like the reviews said. Fit's fine now. Delivery was fast, next day. Only thing is the laces are a bit short, I'd swap them.

The mug is way nicer in person than in the pic, the glaze is lush. Delivery was fine, took a day longer than I hoped but no big deal. Good price.

Honestly it's the best bit of kit I've got for the gym bag right now. Ordered it on a whim after seeing it on my mate's story and it turned up way sooner than I expected. Would get it again no question, went through the checkout in about two minutes.

We needed a proper set of oven gloves after the old ones finally gave up and burnt my hand a bit. I compared three or four places before deciding, mainly on how thick the padding looked and the return policy. Ordered on the Tuesday, they turned up Thursday and they're decent heavy gloves that feel safe for the hot tray.

I needed a birthday gift in a hurry for my son and the order went through without any fuss. I've shopped here since the early days and it's always been reliable. The jumper he got is warm and the colour is what I picked. Delivery came the next morning.

Compared with the big name store I usually use for bedding, this was noticeably cheaper for a similar thread count and the delivery was free. This was my first time ordering from the site so I was a bit nervous about checkout, but the payment page was straightforward and I got a confirmation email straight away. The duvet cover came out of the packet soft and it washed well first time.

What I like most is the reminder email that tells me when my usual order is due, which saves me hunting for things. I've been a customer since they were a small outfit and they've kept the same friendly phone line. Sorted in no time when I had a question last spring.
