Needed something to wear out on Saturday and all my tops are from ages ago. Found this one on the site and it's gorgeous, the neckline is really flattering and the fabric has a nice weight to it. Arrived in two days so I was made up. Dress is more sheer than I thought though, so I'm wearing a cami under it, not a big deal. Happy with it.

Good enough for a quick buy but I think it's on the dear side for what you get. Ordered a blouse on my phone during my lunch break, the site worked fine and it came in five days. Customer service replied to an email about a missing button in about a day, which I was glad about. Would buy again but I'll check other shops first.

The cardigan itself is fine but once you add the return cost and the wait it doesn't feel like good value, I'd have gone to the shop instead.

Compared to my last pair of bootcut jeans from a different brand these aren't as good in the seat, they pull a bit across the back. The wash is nice and they're not too stiff. The price was fair but I'd expected a bit more for what they cost. Delivery was fine.

The knit is nice and soft and it sits well at the shoulders, though the sleeves were a touch longer than I expected and I've had to take them up. The colour is a little darker than it looked on screen. Otherwise it's a decent piece for the money and I'd probably look again at the site.

Compared with the trousers I usually buy from the high street these are a far better cut around the hip and they hold their shape after a wash. The price is a bit higher than I'd like, but I didn't mind paying it for something that fits this well. Returns were straightforward when one pair needed swapping.

Compared with the big name jumpers I was looking at, this one is much better value for the wool content, and it's a similar weight. The knit is even and it hasn't bobbled after a few washes. Got it in a few days and the price was right. Happy to pay this again for something that lasts.

This was my first order and I went for a wrap dress in the print. The fabric is light and drapes nicely, and the tie is a proper length so you can actually do a bow. Parcel came quickly and everything was in order. Very happy, will be ordering again.

Got the pleated midi skirt in the sage green and it's lovely in real life, much nicer than it looked online. The waist is a little snug so I'd size up if you're between sizes, I didn't and it's just about OK. Delivery was quick and the site was easy to use on my phone while I was on the bus. Would still get it again, just check the size chart first.

These are decent trousers but I wouldn't rave about them. The fabric is good and the cut is flattering enough, but the stitching on one seam started to pull after the second wear, which was annoying for the price. The waistband is also a bit stiff until you've worn them in a few times. Delivery was quick and the packaging was tidy.

got the ankle boots in black and honestly they're so comfy already. the heel is lower than the photo made it look which is a bonus for me tbh. came in a proper box with tissue, nice touch. would wear them every day.

The pockets on these trousers are what sold me, they're deep enough to actually put a phone in without it falling out. First order with them so I wasn't sure about the sizing, but it's spot on. Delivery took a bit longer than the estimate, maybe a day, but nothing to moan about.
