I compared four or five places before choosing this for the garden hose reel and it came out as the best value. Price was lower than the big DIY names and the spec was the same. Order went through first time and it arrived in a couple of days. Everything was as described. Sensible buy, I'd recommend it to a mate.

The bundle deal is what got me, you get three things for about the price of two. Arrived quick, like two days. Site was easy on my phone too. Only thing is the size guide could be clearer but I managed. Would get again.
Bought the cordless drill set and I've been using tools for years so I know what I'm looking at. The chuck is solid and the battery holds charge well, which is what matters. Only niggle is the carry case has a fiddly clip that took a bit of fighting to shut. Delivery was quick and the set came well protected.
I ordered a cushion cover and was pleased with the prompt dispatch and the careful wrapping, which I thought showed real care. The one thing that caught my eye was that the colour on screen was a touch more vivid than the item itself, a bit more muted in person. It is still a good cover and the stitching is neat. I'd order from them again, though I'd check the photos more closely next time.
Got a phone case from here and the colour was lovely, really nice and bright. The one thing I noticed was the case itself is a bit slippery compared to the picture, but it's fine. Delivery took about four days which is ok. Would order again probably, just a bit of a shame about the grip.
