I compared four or five places before choosing this for the garden hose reel and it came out as the best value. Price was lower than the big DIY names and the spec was the same. Order went through first time and it arrived in a couple of days. Everything was as described. Sensible buy, I'd recommend it to a mate.

Read moreBought the desk lamp and it's fine for the money but the box got a bit squashed in transit and one of the arms was loose out of the bag. Had to tighten it myself with the little allen key they sent. Tracking was accurate and it came when they said. Works well now. Not sure I'd go back for another one tbh.
Ordered a pair of trainers and they came in the wrong colourway at first, then got sorted after I messaged them. Delivery took ages, about a week, which was annoying. The trainers themselves are alright. Probably wouldn't rush back.
