Gemondo

We needed something to stop the hose tangling every time I watered the veg beds, and the old plastic one had cracked. This reel is solid metal with a decent crank and it holds about fifty metres without fuss. Fitting it took ten minutes with the bracket they supply. Exactly what I was after.

These are fine if you know what you want already. I bought a pair of cushion inserts to replace the flat ones on my sofa and the size was exactly what the listing said. The site is easy to search by size and the delivery was quick, nothing I'd complain about.

This was my first time ordering from them and I wanted to see if the quality matched the description for a set of throw cushions. The covers are thick, the zips work and the colour is spot on compared with the photos. Delivery was tracked and arrived a day early. I'll definitely be back for more cushions and maybe a rug.

I purchased a reading lamp with an adjustable neck and it arrived in very good order. The switch is easy to find without my spectacles, which I was pleased about. The packaging was sturdy and the instructions were clear. I have no complaints at all about the service.

I've bought a few things from them over the years and this mixing bowl set was the one I'd been eyeing for ages. The bowls are a decent weight but one of the lids had a small chip out of the rim. Customer service sent a replacement but it took about ten days to arrive. The bowls themselves are fine for everyday baking.

Bought a small bluetooth speaker for the shed. It was cheap and it plays loud enough for a radio in there. The battery lasts most of a day. Nothing to complain about for under twenty quid.

Best value for a front and rear bike light set I've found this year. The lights are bright and the mounts are sturdy, and the charging cable is long enough to be useful. Arrived well packed in under three days. Nothing I'd change.

Bought the digital kitchen scales from them after looking at a couple of other sites and the prices on those were higher. The page was clear about what was included and the batteries were already in the box. Arrived in two days which was quicker than I expected. Happy with it so far, does the job for baking.

Went to the high street first but the same kettle was about twenty quid more there, so this was the better deal compared to that. Ordering was simple and I had a phone call to confirm the order which I liked. It all arrived well packed and in good time for my daughter's visit.

I've been fixing up the garden for years so I know a decent hose fitting when I see one. This one is brass with a rubber seal and it seals properly, but the thread is slightly finer than the standard I usually use, so I needed an adaptor. The adaptor was not included and I had to order one separately. It works fine now.

I looked at a few places before picking this one for a replacement printer cartridge set, and the price was the reason I went with it. The cartridges arrived but one of them was not the colour listed on the page. Getting it swapped took several emails and nearly a week. Disappointing for something so simple.

ordered a phone stand on here cos it was way cheaper than the other places. arrived in like 3 days which was fine. the site was a bit clunky on my phone tho, kept losing my basket when i switched apps. still happy with it though, does the job.

Good prices on the whole, I compared a few places before going with them for a new bathroom extractor fan and this was the cheapest by a fair bit. The order went through without any bother and it arrived when they said it would. Customer support took a couple of days to reply to my question about the fitting guide, which was a bit slow, but the answer when it came was useful.

Compared it to the big name site I always use and this was way cheaper for the same phone charger. Ordered on a Sunday night and it turned up Wednesday, no fuss at all. Not sure why I didn't try them sooner tbh.

My old case cracked when I dropped my phone on the pavement, so I needed a replacement quickly. This was my first order with them and the checkout was simple. The case fits the model I've got and feels pretty sturdy. Should be fine.

I've been ordering from them for years and this time I thought I'd try their own brand of garden lights over the shop I usually use. They're brighter and the solar panel charges well even in our grey weather. They came in a box with clear instructions. Been a loyal customer a long time and this one's a good addition.

I needed a laptop bag for the commute because my old one had split at the zip. First time I've bought from them and it was quick to find a bag in the right size. The bag is decent with a padded sleeve. Delivery took four days which was fine.

I did think about going to the shop in town instead, but I'm glad I didn't in the end. The cardigan was very much as shown and the fit is lovely. Delivery came within the week and the packaging was neat and tidy. I would happily order from them again, and I've told my sister.

Gemondo was the cheapest of the sites I looked at for a new set of LED downlights for the kitchen ceiling. I checked three other places first and this was a fair bit less. The order went through quickly and the lights turned up well packed with everything I needed for fitting. Only thing is I had to ring once to ask about a fitting bracket, but they picked up straight away and sorted it out for me.
