The grow bags are a lot thicker than the cheap ones I've used before, which is why I went with them for my tomatoes this year. They have handles and the material feels properly tough. Only thing is the order took longer than I expected to be dispatched, about four working days. The plants are doing well though.

Got a lavender plant for my window box and it arrived in lovely condition. The pot was a bit smaller than the photo suggested, but the plant itself looked healthy. Packed well, no leaves knocked off. Happy enough with it.

I needed a replacement hose reel as the old one had cracked over the winter and I did not fancy the hardware shop again. The reel arrived well packed and was simple to fit to the wall bracket. The compost they sent with my peppers is the peat free stuff that actually holds moisture in a dry spring, so I've been happy to order the same again. Packed well too, no bruising on the spuds.

Ordered a seed tray kit with a lid and some labels for the allotment. The plastic is sturdy and the labels are easy to write on. The lid did not sit quite right on one tray but the rest was fine. Good enough for the money.

Bought the squirrel proof bird feeder and it has held up well through a few windy weeks. Fitting it took about ten minutes with the instructions in the box. Was a bit cheaper than the other places I checked, which was a nice surprise. Delivery was quick and the box was not damaged.

Got the tomato feed and a pack of basil seeds, arrived in two days. Everything was in good nick, bottle wasn't leaking. Ordering on the app was quick, saved my card. Will be ordering again for sure.

I usually go to the garden centre down the road but their online ordering is a mess, so I tried this place for a set of seed trays and a bag of peat free compost. Checkout was much simpler and the trays were packed with plenty of padding. Everything arrived in good order and the seeds are already sprouting. Will be my first stop from now on for online plant bits.

Good value for the number of plants you get in a box, and the bulbs I ordered in autumn all came up in spring. The price beat the nearby shops by a fair bit. Everything arrived in one piece. Would happily order again.

This was my first order and the hose nozzle I bought was not the one shown on the site, it had a different fitting. Had to email to sort out a swap and the reply took three days. Not impressed with that part of it.

Way better than buying plants from the supermarket, these actually last more than a week. Got a couple of hanging baskets and they're thriving. Quick order and they came in good time.

My only grumble is delivery, which took nine days when the site said three to five. Nobody told me about the delay until I emailed them, and then they were polite enough about it.

Really happy with this, the order turned up two days after I placed it which is quicker than I expected. Bought a bag of bulbs and a small pot of compost for the balcony, everything was packed fine and nothing got damaged. Site was easy to use on my phone too, just found the checkout took a couple of goes to load. Would order again, probably the next time I want to get the balcony sorted.

Did a bit of looking around before ordering and this was not the cheapest option for the rose food I wanted. The product itself is fine and the bottle arrived sealed. Would think about it again next time.
