Just placed my first order so I can't say much about the long run yet. The checkout was easy to follow and the confirmation came through fast. The one thing I'd flag is that the estimated delivery date kept shifting in the app.

Been ordering from them for years now and they have never let me down, the plants always arrive in good nick and the aftercare emails are useful rather than pushy. Only thing I'd change is the delivery windows, which feel a bit wide for something that needs unpacking quickly. Otherwise I keep coming back and will continue to do so for the foreseeable.

The seed potatoes I get every spring are always clean and firm, and they have been ordering for me for years now. The site is easy enough even for me and the delivery window they give is usually spot on, though the box was a day later than they said last time.

I know a fair bit about growing and the difference from the big chains is noticeable, the seed potatoes are certified and the varieties are named properly rather than generic. Compared to the local nursery it's a touch dearer but the quality justifies it. Ordering was straightforward and the tracking was accurate. Good stock on the rarer varieties.

The planter size on the listing was what made me pick them over two other sites, it was the only one that actually gave the measurements in centimetres. The planter itself is sturdy and the drainage holes are properly placed. Took a bit longer to arrive than I hoped, but the tracking was accurate and it was well wrapped.

Compared a few sites before picking this one for the raised bed kit. The kit itself is solid and the instructions made sense, took me one Saturday to put together. Delivery came in a single pallet which was a bit of a shock but the driver was helpful. Good value for the size.

I needed a big bag of compost for the allotment beds and was getting fed up of paying the garden centre prices. This was cheaper per litre once I'd worked it out, and the bag was heavier than I expected. Delivery was fine, the driver left it by the gate as asked. Would order again.

Got a small planter and some bulbs for the balcony. The planter came in a box that fit through the door, which was nice. Bulbs looked good when they came up. Would order again.

I'm afraid I found the cost rather higher than I had anticipated for what was received. The bulbs were good quality and the planting guide was helpful, and I did appreciate the friendly note with the parcel. However the delivery charge on a small order seemed steep, and my pot arrived with a crack that needed a call to sort. The replacement was dealt with promptly though.

Needed a replacement hose fitting for the greenhouse and didn't have time to go to the shop. Ordered on my phone during lunch, took about a minute. Came in two days, fitting was the right size. Small grumble that the confirmation email went to spam.

Honestly the other site I tried for seeds was a bit better, the packets here felt thinner and the germination rate on a couple looks lower. Delivery was quick though, came the next day. Price is about the same. Probably wouldn't rush back.

Needed a gift for my mum's birthday and didn't want to spend ages choosing. Found a little pot of herbs and a trowel set on the site and it was easy to add a note. Arrived the day before her birthday which was lucky. She was chuffed, says she'll use them every morning. Packaging was tidy too. Good shout, will probably go back for her Christmas present as well.

Needed something to brighten up the balcony after the winter and wanted it delivered without a trip to the garden centre. Ordered a few window box plants and they came in good condition. The site made it easy to pick a planting combination. Plants are settling in nicely so far.

Honestly way better than the supermarket bulbs I usually get, these came up fuller and the colours are actually what the pictures showed. Ordered on a Sunday night and they were with me by Wednesday. Love it.

They are decent for the money, the bulb pack was a reasonable size and I got a good range of colours. Delivery was a little slower than I'd have liked, a week instead of the three to five days on the page, but I was kept updated by email. The bulbs themselves have all sprouted so far. Not the cheapest out there but I think it's fair.

Compost bag arrived when they said, which is all I needed. Ordered on my phone in the car and it went through first time. Bag was heavy but was fine once it was in the shed.
