Needed a replacement hose for the greenhouse tap because the old one split, and it was Sunday so the shops were shut. Found this on my phone, ordered in about two minutes. Came Tuesday, fits the tap fine. Would have liked a tracking email but otherwise sorted.

I bought a couple of squirrel-proof bird feeders because the cheap ones I had kept getting raided. They arrived well packed and the hanging hooks were already fitted. Only thing was the instructions were a bit vague about the height to hang them at. Happy enough with the first order.

Ended up buying a few grow lights here after comparing three or four sites, and this was the middle option on price. Arrived fine and works well for my seedlings. The site could be a bit clearer about the wattage on the product pages, which took me a while to find.

Used to get my bird food from the supermarket but this is way better, the seed mix is clearly higher quality and the birds go mad for it. Compared with the supermarket version it's a bit more per bag, but I go through far less because nothing gets wasted. Compared with the big chains, the trellis and plant ties I bought were noticeably cheaper and the quality is just as good. I got a whole bundle for the price of one at the other place. Arrived in two days and everything was there.

Honestly they're the best place I've found for spring bulbs and I've been buying from them for about eight years. The tulips and crocus came up beautifully again this year. Ordering is quick and the site is easy enough even on my tablet. Delivery was in good time before the autumn planting window.

I've been trying to grow camellias in my alkaline soil for years without much luck. The ericaceous compost I bought here has finally made them look happy, with glossy new leaves coming through. The bag was a good size and the instructions on the side were clear. It came through the post in good order and I didn't have to chase anything up.

Compared with the big DIY shop down the road, this was a bit cheaper for the same bag of multipurpose compost, which is what got me to try it. Delivery took three working days though, and the box had been sealed a bit loosely. The compost itself was fine once it arrived. I'd order again if I ran short.

Bought a stack of terracotta pots for my balcony. They came packed well and none were cracked, which I was worried about. Checkout was quick and easy, nothing to moan about.

I've been buying the seed mix from here for a good few years and it's still the one the birds prefer. This time the order took longer than I expected to arrive, nearly a week, and I had to ring them to check where it was. They were polite on the phone and sorted it out, but I did have a couple of empty feeders in the meantime. The price is fair for what you get.
