I needed a birthday gift for my sister in a hurry and the site had plenty of choice in one place. I know the gift category well from buying for family and this candle set was a good pick. It arrived in two days wrapped nicely. Happy with it.

I bought a reading lamp for my husband as he was struggling with the old one. It was the simple design that drew me in. The lamp arrived well packaged and the instructions were easy to follow. A very satisfactory purchase.

Compared with the other place I usually use this was quicker to order from and the deals were easier to spot. Got a set of kitchen knives and they arrived in two days. Good price and the box was tidy. Would order again.

I've bought a few locks over the years and the cable thickness on this one is the detail that stood out most. Proper hardened steel, not the thin stuff you get elsewhere. Packaging was tidy and it arrived quickly. Good value for what you get.

This was my first order with them and I'm glad I went for it. Ordered a jacket for my son's wedding, it arrived in good time and fitted him well. The checkout was quick and the confirmation email was clear. Will definitely be back.

I needed new bedding for a spare room and know my thread counts well. The sheets I chose are the right quality for the money. Delivery came quickly and well packed. Nice.

The live tracking on my delivery was spot on, it showed the van three streets away and it turned up in the window. Ordered a pair of trainers on the way to uni. Only thing that annoyed me was the checkout asking me to create an account first, took an extra minute. Otherwise sorted.

Ordered a pair of slippers on a Monday and they were on the doormat Tuesday. Checkout was quick on the phone and the saved address worked. Nothing to fault. Good stuff.

Honestly the checkout was the quickest I've used in ages, saved card and one click to pay. Ordered a new pair of running shoes and they came the next day. Nothing to moan about. Great way to shop.

Got a hoodie off them for the gym. Fit is a bit boxy but that's kind of the style. Arrived quick. Only gripe is the delivery text came through after it had already arrived, which was odd. Would order again.

I usually buy garden tools from the local garden centre, but I wanted to see if online was cheaper. It was, by about a fifth, and the spade I ordered arrived well packed and in good order. The only thing I'd note is that the returns form is a little awkward to find on the site. Otherwise I'd happily order again.

The first thing I noticed was the saved card and one click to pay, which made it dead quick. Sent my order off on a Friday night and it was at my door Sunday morning. Everything matched the photos and I've already got another thing in my basket.

Tried two other sites before this and it was the easiest to use by a distance. Ordered a set of bathroom towels, arrived in two days, exactly what I wanted and the price was fair. Would use again.

Compared to ordering from my usual supermarket this took a fair bit longer to arrive, the order was fine but the driver was a bit lost so it turned up nearly two hours late. Nothing was missing though and the substitutions were sensible. Would probably use them again if I'm stuck but not my first pick.

My old kettle packed in just before a family visit, so I needed something quick. The price was lower than I expected for the one I wanted and the site showed a clear delivery date. It arrived the next afternoon and works perfectly. No complaints from me at all.

I've been ordering from this site since about 2015 and the thing I like most is they never change the way it works. Reordered a box of printer paper this month and it turned up next day as usual. Prices are fair against the big names. Still my first choice for office bits.

Bought a phone case here for my new phone and it fits fine. Came in a plain box with no fuss. Colour was a bit darker than the photo but still looks decent. Price was a few quid cheaper than the big retailers.

I compared three sites before settling on this one and it had the best price for the exact brand I wanted. Ordered a pair of curtains, delivery was on time and the fabric is lovely. Simple process from start to finish. Will be back.

Ordered a pair of work boots in a size 10 and got a 9 first time round. Quick enough to sort, they sent a replacement and I didn't have to pay for the return. Still took about a week to get the right pair so knocked a star off the delivery. Boots are decent.
