needed a cheap birthday present
I needed a present for my nephew's birthday and didn't want to spend much. The set I picked was fine for the money and arrived in good time, though the packaging was a bit flimsy. It did the job, but I did find a similar one on another site for a few pounds less, so I'd probably check around first next time.

needed it fast and they delivered
I needed a last minute gift for my sister's baby shower with only a couple of days to go, so I was really stuck. I had looked at three other sites first but none could get anything out in time. Picked a neat little gift set here and it arrived the next morning, which saved me. The site was simple to use on my phone and the order went through without any trouble.

Better than my usual shop
Compared with the catalogue I've been ordering from for years, this site is a bit more fiddly to navigate, especially the filters. I've been a customer a long time and the quality of the knitwear is still lovely. The one thing I'd change is the way they handle exchanges, which took a few emails to sort out.
Quicker than the other site
Compared with the other place I usually order from, the checkout here took me about half the time and the app remembered my address. The jumper arrived in two days, which was quicker than I'd been told. The only bit that let it down was the returns form, which needed me to log in twice before it would let me print the label.
the printer ink arrived
Ordered a pack of printer ink cartridges and they came quickly, which was good. Price was a little higher than a couple of other places I looked at, but the cartridges are the right ones and the print quality is fine. I did have to wait a bit for an order confirmation email, so it wasn't perfect but it's still a decent option for me.
Postage was a bit steep
Got a couple of hair bits from them and the stuff is good quality. The delivery charge was more than I expected though, nearly as much as the items. Still, it came well packed and quick.
Needed a last minute gift
I needed a gift for a friend's leaving do with about two days to spare, so the speed mattered most. The order was quick to place and the card came with it, but the box was a bit squashed and one corner had a dent. It still looked fine once wrapped, and my friend loved it, so I'd order from them again.
