I've been buying the kitchen roll from them for about six years now, the big multipack every few months. It's the same brand I always got and the price has barely moved. Ordering is simple, I've got my details saved, and it's always arrived well packed. Really happy with it, I've told my sister to try them too.

Unfortunately the frames were smaller than the photos on the site suggested and the return process was a hassle, with a form to fill in and a wait to hear back. I ended up keeping them and cutting my photos down. Wouldn't rush back.

I ordered one from here and it arrived in reasonable time, though the packaging was rather lighter than I'd have liked and the lid had a small scuff. I did get in touch and they were polite about it, though it did take a couple of days to hear back. It works fine now.
