I've been buying the kitchen roll from them for about six years now, the big multipack every few months. It's the same brand I always got and the price has barely moved. Ordering is simple, I've got my details saved, and it's always arrived well packed. Really happy with it, I've told my sister to try them too.

Unfortunately the frames were smaller than the photos on the site suggested and the return process was a hassle, with a form to fill in and a wait to hear back. I did get in touch and they were polite about it, though it did take a couple of days to hear back. It works fine now.
