First order, pretty smooth

Never bought from them before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The bit that stood out most was that the site told me the delivery date before I'd even paid, and it arrived on that day. Checkout was quick and the tracking emails were actually useful. Only thing was the peel took a bit to find in the menu, but otherwise no complaints.

the peel has held up

Been buying from the site for years and the wooden peel I got last time is still going strong. Used it weekly since and the wood has held up well with no splitting. Delivery was as normal, nothing to report there.

Good value for the peel

I bought the peel as part of a bundle and it has been great for getting pizzas in and out. The wood is smooth and the handle is a decent length. Works well for a family of four and I don't feel I overpaid for it.

great first order

Didn't really know what to expect but the whole thing was easy from start to finish. Ordered on a Tuesday and it turned up Thursday with everything I'd picked, and the oven heats up quickly. Pizza tasted way better than the frozen stuff I usually get, and I'm already planning the next one.

tiny bit of a wait

Got the stone and peel last week, the stone is heavy in a good way and holds heat. Only real gripe is that the delivery said two days and it was four, but they sent an update so it wasn't a big deal. Pizza was spot on once it was going.

Not what the photos showed

Looks nothing like the pictures on the site, the stone is a different colour and the peel is much thinner than shown. I compared a couple of other kits before ordering and this one looked the best value, so it was a bit of a letdown. Sending one back meant a fiddly form and a wait for a reply, which took close to a week.

Fine but the delivery dragged

The stone and peel are of good quality and the pizza turned out very well, which is the main thing. What I'd mention is that the order took nearly a fortnight to reach us, and I had to ring them twice to find out where it was. Once it arrived, I have no complaints about the product itself.

the stone is solid

I bought the pizza stone on its own to replace a cracked one I had. It fits my oven shelf and has a nice weight to it, so it doesn't slide around when I load it. The only small thing is the sides were slightly rougher than I expected, but it cleans up fine and the bases are lovely.

Lighter than my old pizza tray

I was using a flat baking tray before and the bases were always soggy in the middle. This one is a bit more money but the difference is clear, the base is properly crisp. The one thing I'd flag is that the box took a few extra days to arrive, but the product itself is worth the wait.

Sick pizza stone

Best thing I got for my oven, honestly. Heats up fast and the base comes out crispy every single time. Quick delivery too, was on my doorstep in a couple of days. Sorted.

Better than the pan I used before

I've been ordering from the site for a few years now and this stone is a clear step up from the cheap pan I used to use. Compared to a metal tray, the base is far more even and it doesn't scorch at the edges. The one niggle is the stone took a while to get up to temperature, so you do need to plan ahead.

The peel does its job

Bought the wooden peel with the rest of the kit and it's a decent size for a 12 inch base. The handle is comfortable and the edge is thin enough to slide under the dough without tearing it. Light and easy to clean, I've used it four times already and it's still in good nick.

does the job for the money

Needed something to cook pizzas on the back patio without spending a fortune. It's not premium but for the price I can't complain too much. The peel is a bit light and the stone chipped on the first use, so I'd say it's average.

Needed something cheap for the weekend

We were having people round on Saturday and needed a way to cook pizzas without buying a whole new oven. This did the job and the price was fair for what you get. The bits that came with it felt a bit flimsy though, and one of the pieces needed a bit of fiddling to fit properly.

Better than the shop bought oven I had before

I had been using a cheap pizza attachment for my grill and never got on with it, so I did compare a few options before deciding. This was a considerable improvement, the base crisps up nicely and the stone holds its heat. I'm glad I didn't go with the cheaper route in the end.

Better than the takeaway oven I had

Compared to the cheap pizza attachment I'd been trying, this is a much more sensible bit of kit. The base cooks through without going rubbery on top, and the stone is easy to clean with just a damp cloth. My first attempt was a bit uneven but it got better the second time.

Needed a proper outdoor oven

We wanted something for family lunches in the garden that wasn't a barbecue. I looked at three or four options before picking this, mostly because the reviews on the site were consistent. Setup took an afternoon, but the pizzas came out well and the kids loved making their own.

Pizza stone arrived in good nick

The stone itself is exactly what I wanted and it heats up properly, the base came out crisp underneath which my old tray never managed. Ordering was easy, I just picked it from the basket and paid, took about a minute. The only niggle is the box was a bit bashed on one corner, though the stone was fine. Would still order from them again for sure.

needed a proper pizza setup

Got fed up with soggy bases from the oven so I went looking for a stone. This arrived quick, the stone is solid and the peel is decent. Pizza night is now a proper thing in our flat.

brilliant pizza oven kit

Honestly one of the best things I've ordered this year. Got the oven kit for the garden and it arrived in one piece, took about twenty minutes to get it going and the first pizza was class. Would order again no bother, mates keep asking where I got it.
