Compared with the other online shops I use, this was a clear step down. I ordered a pair of linen trousers that looked lovely on the screen but the material felt like thin cotton and creased the moment I put them on. The colour was also a shade off from the photo. I contacted their help line and it took three days to get a reply, and then they only offered a credit note. I won't be going back.

I needed a smart jacket for my sister's wedding in a hurry and this was the first place I found with a decent size range. Ordering was easy enough and the jacket arrived in four days. The sleeves were a touch longer than I'd like so I'm getting them taken up, which is a bit of a faff but fine.

I purchased a lightweight knitted cardigan in a soft grey for the autumn, as my old one had become rather shabby. The fit is generous and the sleeves are a comfortable length. I did find the delivery took a little longer than I was led to expect, but the garment itself is well made and I am content with it.

Lately though, the last two orders took nearly a week to dispatch, and I had to email to find out where things were. The jumper I got was fine but the price had gone up since my last order. Customer service did reply in the end, but it took a couple of days. Still with them, just not as quick as before.

I picked up a cream blouse for a work do and it came folded in tissue with a small thank you card. The fabric is light and nice to wear. Delivery took three days. Happy with it.

Needed a birthday present for my mate last minute and this came up on my feed. Ordered on the Tuesday, it came Thursday, so pretty decent. The hoodie is nice but the print is a bit smaller than I thought it'd be from the pics. Still happy with it.

Ordered a hoodie on Tuesday and it said it'd arrive Friday but it didn't turn up till the following Wednesday. Tracking just said processing for ages. The hoodie itself is decent though, the colour's the same as the pics. Probably would order again but I'd check the date first.

I've been buying shirts and the odd jumper from them for years now. Quality has stayed the same and the sizing hasn't changed. Delivery's always been prompt and the emails tell you where the parcel is. Good solid place to shop.

Compared with Next I'd say these are dearer for basically the same kind of jumper. I paid a fair bit more and the knit is no thicker. Delivery was fine and it fits. Just not great value for what you get.

Ordered a long wool coat online and I'd honestly been put off by a few bad experiences elsewhere. This one arrived well packed, the lining is proper and the buttons feel solid. Went back to the same site the week after for a scarf, so that tells you something.

Compared to Shein this is miles better, the stuff actually looks like what's in the pictures. Got a jumper and a skirt, both fit well and the fabric isn't thin and scratchy. Delivery was four days which is more than I'd like but it arrived in one piece and the packaging was nice. Prices are a bit more but worth it for quality. Will be back for sure.

Compared to Asos this felt way less cluttered, the pages aren't stuffed with a million things. Ordered a dress for a wedding and it came quick. Only thing is the returns label took a bit of hunting to find in the app, took me a while to work out where it was.

I've bought the same cream cardigan from them three times now, it's the one I wear most days. Fits well and washes beautifully, still looks new after a year. Never had a problem.
