Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in about two minutes, which is exactly what I needed. Sorted my delivery slot without any fuss and the driver was on time. Nothing to complain about, will be using them again for sure.

We were replacing the filters on the house water system and needed something that wouldn't cost the earth. Ordered the pack that does two years' worth, which made the maths work out. Everything was in the box and the instructions were clear enough for me to fit them myself.

Looked at three sites before I settled on this one, mostly for the price and the delivery times. This came out best on both, and the order was easy to track. Nothing's gone wrong yet.

Compared it with the other site I usually use and this was a fair bit cheaper for the same thing. The only niggle was the delivery fee showed up at the very end. Still a good deal.

I first started buying from them when the kids were small and I've stuck with them since. The bits I order now are mostly the same as always, nappies and wipes have gone but the household stuff stays put. Last month one item was out of stock and it took a couple of days to get the refund sorted, which was a bit slow. Otherwise nothing much to moan about.
